Chom View Hotel, Hua Hin

First time we in Hua Hin , would come back.

Nice hotel, a bit outdated on block we stayed at, and our pool view was of a pool that was empty and maybe under repair but would stay here again..

Well located and relatively large unit

No hot water for 8 day stay - lucky it was hot. Small kitchenette, but no coffee making facility in room. Lift not working very well. Door to shower not working so could not close. Generally could do with upgrade

Hot water service for shower was faulty, almost non existent, wireless service poor and extremely slow

Personal followed me through apartment and helped with baggage

No towels in room, needed to ask personal

good flexibility when needed an amendment, good location, nice facilities, friendly staff at breakfast and by the pool especially, good for kids, had a playground which was nice, family duplex was spacious

lots of old western couples come and reserve sun beds early in morning so no sun beds were available.Mosquitoes are really bad here so bring deet and good spray

The staff were lovely and our room was clean.

The property and rooms were very tired looking and needed tlc. Our pool room view was of any empty pool full of dirty tarps and it was quite a walk down a road to the other pool. The ladder to get in and out of the pool was also broken. So not safe to get in and out.

Pool was green and toxic, faulty lift almost dislocated my shoulder, shower drain blocked, whole property is decayed and falling apart.

It’s old, but full of character and charm. The gardens were lovely. The pool setting was excellent

The room is very large. Shower room and toilet is separated. Floor is dry after showering. Comfy pillows and large 2 beds. The best things, There are the desk + 4 chairs set for relaxing, working or eating. Also, Hotel location is superb.

Building A Elevator is so old, also pool and beach bed that need to renovation.7.00 onwards, There's noisy from road if you get the room 4th floor, building AProbably, other buildings will get more comfortable than this one.

Location is perfect and there is beachfront bar restaurant next to the pool and easy to go cicada market and tamarind market. Breakfast is just ok nothing special only simple things.

i stayed there for 21 days there is soo many stairs up to your room if you are old or having a little baby that must be hard, cleaning is not good everything is dirty and facalties are getting old too.

The location was great! It was a short walk to the Cicada night market. The family room had two rooms upstairs and a living room with a sink and refrigerator downstairs. The breakfast was good with many options to choose from.

The facility could use some maintenance for sure, but overall it was still a good value. The pool water was clean but there was an odd plastic sheet across the bottom of the adult pool. It was not a hindrance to swimming but just seemed out of place. It was probably used to cover chipped tiles.

Location is the only advantage of this hotel, just 50m walk to the beach front.Swimming pool is ok-ish

Very very old hotel, barely any maintenance done, the rooms are in a pretty bad condition, bedroom air conditioning did not work, bathroom space is so small, shower door not closing.Water leak marks on the ceiling, would definitely need a full refurbishment.

The accommodation is within walking distance of the night market 'Cicada,' another food market, and a convenient shop nearby. Access to the pool requires a short walk since it's located beachfront, but the path is pleasant with many beautiful trees. The rooms were adequate and quiet. We only stayed for one night.

The breakfast service was disorganized. The egg station was unattended, and there was no sign indicating that eggs needed to be pre-ordered. When I picked up a plate of eggs, a staff member approached me and asked if it was my order, which I felt was done in an unfriendly manner.

I'm not so impressed by this place. It is the worst I have seen after many times in Hua Hin. Though, to be fair, the location is close to the sea shore, breakfast is included and basically good, the room is comfortable.

The fact that you have to wait till 5.00pm to have your room cleaned and so to be able to access your own room. I told the counter that this scheduled time was not comfortable for me, and the reaction of the personnel was very impolite, with bad and sarcastic comments when I was coming back earlier than 5.00pm at the hotel. So bad!!! I don't advise anybody to stay at Chom View hotel. My experience was bad. At the same price you can find better places in Hua Hin!

Beachfront and just beside cicada market

Pool needs renovation. There were some pieces of broken tiles in the water which could hurt people swimming.

Many things are VERY old- the first room we had the AC was so old rusted and loud we could not run it and at night there was a bad drone in the wall so we had to move rooms…there are many pool tiles broken in the pool so you have to be very careful
