Location and room size.

Near to the beach.

No hot water, road to property is very narrow.

The bungalows made it fun, the resident cats were charming, easy access to the beach

Overall maintenance is needed, looked shabby in places, including inside the bungalows; noisy at night either with a booming base being played and tapping against the bungalow throughout the night; not enough toilet paper provisions or bottled water; clothes dryer out of order; sewage smells came from shower, pool maintenance is needed, trash bins were minimal and litter accumulated around the lounge area on beach; breakfast items were a bit limited; staff needs to speak better English to be able to cater to a wide scope of western tourists since that seemed to be the majority of the types of patrons

Location (right on the beach, walkabke to the city center) and no street noise.Breakfast options were a bit limited but food is of good quality and tasty. Breakfast with view to the ocean is great

This hotel really needs a pot of paint to refresh. Hotel has huge potential but is poorly maintained.

I loved this beachfront hotel: rooms (quiet and private), a small but beautiful pool with a viewing deck. Below the deck, there is a restaurant where breakfast, dinner and lunch are served. A few cats and a few birds welcome you in this beach property. I would definitely return there.

A bathroom is small but a room is good-sized. Simple but functional.

The bungalows were OK, but not usual 4 star quality nor were the surroundings.

Hotel and location are great. It wasn't crowded and I could always get a spot on the hotel veranda. But that is probably different during peak times.

The wifi in the room was a bit inconsistent and sometimes connecrion was lost.

Stayed here before but the place needs a facelift, still old fixtures, doors, outdated bathroom. Plenty of reviews suggest the same thing. To get more patronage, owners would need to spend some money on this well placed resort.

We did have to move rooms due to some renovation noise in rooms below. Staff were excellent though and upgraded us to a Bungalow.

The reception which looked like a two star hotel and looked old. The breakfast was limited and had to choose one main dish and there wasn’t variety of bread, fruit or starters. The pool size is too small for a 4 star hotel and was full of tree leaves.

On the beach, central to everything, cozy restaurant

The lights from the rooms shining brightly into the room we stayed in so it was almost impossible to get a good nights sleep.

This was my honeymoon and it was right on the ocean and you will love the food the breakfast. The staff, the way that the property is tucked in right on the ocean plus that makes it nice and quiet.

Great location, 5 mins from the malls. Nice restaurant on the beach with a great coffee shop and wood oven pizza. Slightly dated furniture, but very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Pool was very small

Great location, helpful staff, good coffee and fresh lemonade outlets on the beach. Pizzas looked good but I didn’t try them.I’ll stay again.

A la cart breakfast size could have been larger for a western guest.
