Not far from the beach

The price is expensive compared with the room I got .and room not feel like I book walk so far not see the beach . Can’t get in the room until 3.00pm.but when check out at 12.00 is unfair.

Our room was very spacious, spotless, and well air-conditioned. The housekeeping team kept everything clean and fresh every day. The property itself is large and peaceful, with a beautiful beach that feels private and quiet. Our son absolutely loved the swimming pool, and we really appreciated the golf cart provided to explore the area easily. A big thank you to Mr. Somsak, the General Manager, for his warm hospitality and personal attention — he made our stay truly memorable.

The Ocean Wing where we stayed could use some maintenance and upgrades, especially in the outdoor areas. The breakfast hall also needs a bit of improvement, and it would be great to have more staff available during the daytime to assist guests.

Where do I start ? 3 bed bungalow- Number 22 Firstly, big millipede on the floor as soon as we walked in.We stayed for 3 nights, no clean towels was given to us throughout the stay for a family of 4. Cleaner comes around every day and drops off bottles of water and leaves outside all day in the sun. Shower was leaking really bad( more water was spraying on the ceiling than yourself)Wardrobe was falling apart that bad that we were too scared to hang clothes up in it.I have stayed in many hotels in Thailand over the last 20 years, and I can say this was the worst. 2 star Hotel and the most. We stayed in a 3 bed bungalow. Number 22 was absolutely awful. Never stay again.

The check in staff kept us waiting and were abrupt and not smiling i was made to pay twice as they said booking dot com had not paid them and i could not find the right information quickly to challenge this a there were no towels in the bedrooms we had to phone reception and go down to speak to them before we got towelsThere were no pool towels Only 2 umbrellas for the whole pool and we had to ask for them

Hotel was not as good as pictures looked. No towels in room on arrival, check in very slow , no safety deposit box, limited breakfast . Staff very friendly

Wrong hotel in website...it is sister hotel 1 km away we were put in! Please change on your site!

The room wasn't clean. It was full of mosquitoes, and the cleanness wasn't up to a 4* hotel.We complained to the manager. He just said he would forward the message to the cleaning team manager. We moved rooms, and it was slightly better, but not alot.

Great resort if you wish to play golf. Good arrangement for dropping off and picking up by hotel to golf course lobby. Big rooms, swimming pool and balcony. Golf Course is an advanced layout and lots of water obstacles. Not great for beginners.

We stayed in two different rooms and they both had little bugs like mini ants all around the sink and on the desk around the TV. The beds could use new mattress

Didn't realise there were two hotels next to each other so not too close to the beech bar.Plus Internet was bad but the staff did sort that out very quickly

Deluxe and standart room has no safety box so i have to upgrade room for about 1300 baht for suite and big problem is that at the pool are only 6 or 7 sun loungers so every morning start the fight about them ☺️☺️☺️the same problem is on the beach

The location is fantastic, the hotel is right on a fairly quiet and clean ocean beach. The food was good and the staff was friendly (however, many don't speak English). Even though we stayed in the bungalows, we had access to the pool and the hotel restaurant breakfast. We requested an extra bed after arrival and they set it up for us in a timely manner for no additional charge. The rooms were clean and both bedrooms had their own AC unit.

In our bungalow bathroom, the tap and shower water came out yellow. Thankfully, no one experienced any illness or skin issues, but still... yellow water.

Location was out of town which we expected and appreciated as it was Christmas and New Year, so we still managed to have peace and tranquillity. The beach and views from the rooms ( all of them) was simply stunning. We had great service while we were at the hotel from the staff, always friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. We had a suite and it was great to have a lounge and chairs to sit in.

Breakfasts for the english tourist could have been better, but as we were there for a long stay, we made alternative arrangements and still came down to breakfast and enjoyed the views & alternatives we brought in with us. I think the hotel will address this going forward, if you like asian food & eggs for breakfast you will be very happy.

Not great choices for food and drink, and a 25 minute taxi ride into Hua Hin with constant traffic

Bungalow didnt look like on the pictures from booking. Quality was very bad for the price. Will not come back for the bungalow.

If you are looking for a calm getaway with a nice beach (much nicer then most if Hua Hin), this is your place.Wonderfully located, kind staff, nice, but a bit boring breakfast, excellent with a small kid.

It might be an advantage or a disadvantage, depends on how you look at it, but you will spend 400-500 baht on Grab easily to get into the town and back on a daily basis. It is very far from city centre, accessable with Grab or even more expensive taxis only. Still, I would book again:5 an affordable price anytime.
