Some lights were not in working condition, also toilet seat cover in washroom was broken.

Room was very clean and calm . Fully satisfied with service

The rooms are fairly big and spacious. The decor is minimalist which I really liked. The water pressure is great! There's hot water available 24x7. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The location is prime as there are a lot of hotspots nearby.

The owner is a bit too direct and quite frankly unconcerned as long as you pay the fee in advance. They provide very minimal facilities (no wifi or breakfast). Also, the location is next to a construction site, so it's a bit noisy. The view isn't that great, although a great many food joints are available within walking distance.

Very poor

There is no security, no one means not the owner neither waiter no one lives there. The owner just come to collect money and gone. No room service, you have to collect water bottle by yourself from nearby shops, no breakfast no restaurant is there ,means you have to go outside the hotel to get your fooding. No porter, means you have to carry your own luggage upstairs. Every facilities they have posted in the site is totally unavailable, besides that the owner is very rude.

The balcony view is not good, no hot water during the entire stay of over 2 days. No bath towels were given no water bottle provided for second day onwards, there are Food joints nearby but walking road is very curvy and accident prone if you don't watch properly

I liked the room size and comfort of the bed. It has all amenities in the room. All shops are near by. You can hire the jeep safari too from there.

They don't have restaurant.

The rooms are spacious and equipped with basic facilities.Mr Prasad took good care of us.

The bedsheets and blankets are not properly cleaned . Moreover toiletries are not provided.

Loved the room, it was very spacious,neat and clean.

Stay: We booked a deluxe room. A brand new property with spacious and very clean rooms. Stayed for 2 days and felt like home. Area: 11 kms from munnar town. It shouldn't be a problem if you have your own vehicle. Food: There are 3 restaurants within 5 min walk. If you can walk for 10 mins in munnar road, you could find many restaurants. You will get snacks just down the room in bakery.Facilities: 24 hours hot water. Soap and towels given. Blanket given. A table and couple of chairs. 1 litre water bottle provided.

candle wood is in amazing location called Anaichal 13km before Kerala when travelling from aluva. Rooms are awesome with balcony to admire the nature . Rooms were clean and furnished well. I loved it. Room service was also awesome. by 500metres you can reach to a good vegetarian hotel( lakshmi hotel) towards munnar road. quiet location as well on the whole it’s a nice place and cheapest one to stay for family and as well as couples .

Located 12 km away from munnar. Near to NH.. Room was neat and clean.. Sufficient space..near to Anachal town..
