Trivers Resort Munnar

When we were browsing in booking.com it was written that my total amount will be Rs 21777/-, but when we check in the came out to be Rs 24020/-, Secondly it was given that the breakfast was included but when we check in they said it is not included.Request you to please clear all the details and after we book please clear the points, the breakfast point was not seen any where in the receipt.

The room size and the staff.

The hotel are is nit that Cleaned and I was not welcomed with proper ammites in the washroom. Also the pool was broken

Rooms

The reception in charge has no idea on the guest arrival. They committed me saying lunch is available and after checking in when I came to the dining area they said that lunch was not prepared so I wasted 3 hrs searching for a hotel during my lunch time with kids and lost my precious time on the road without taking rest after traveling for hrs together on the road.

Property is a bit congested..not enough space around to walk or refresh..Food was only average..

Property was neat and clean . Everything was as it is as shown while booking.Balcony view was spectacular.Have parking facility.Property is located at the outside of main munnar city , hence feels peaceful.All the staffs were friendly.

Only thing i didn’t like about the property is that , In Room A-La-Carte food menu becomes limited if the property is full ( in peak season ).Parking space is also limited , but decent enough. ( can be an issue if hotel is full and everyone bring there own car )

It's a small property. Indoor pool is not good! Food service was delayed, maybe because of year-end crowd!

Location was Nice. Breakfast was nice.

Service. Wifi wasn't stable. Room service wasn't great. The pool was okay but not temperature controlled. Surprisingly ARM wasn't working and struggled to make payment.

It’s neat and tidy the staff’s was much cooperative.Food was also good, nothing to put a -ve remark on it.

1. tight parking2. They don’t accept any international cards including Mastercard and visa. The info given by booking.com is misleading to tourists and a big inconvenience

excellent location, amazing views from the balcony, peaceful, excellent staff- polite friendly and helpful. They work really hard to make your stay comfortable. Both breakfast and Dinner were tasty and have a lot of variety. they changed menu every day so you tasted variety of local and fresh food

The room was spacious, and clean, and had a cute little balcony. The on-site food was delicious and the 350 rupees for breakfast were more than worth it.

It's definitely a nice place but for that price, I would have expected more. The insulation in the whole building seems to be quite bad and we could hear every word spoken in the hallway (on the third floor). In the middle of the night, a staff member banged on our door "to check electricity" (even though we had no issues and did not report anything as we were asleep) which also did not contribute to a good night's sleep. Wifi was not very stable and there were issues with the card reader when checking out.

stay was nice. location is not good as of now lot of road works going on. hope it will get clear soon. food taste need to be improved. hospitality is excellent. staffs were cooperative especially those on restaurant. overall good stay

The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained

The description of the rooms don’t specify all facilities such as A/C etc, after arrival we realised some rooms are not A/C. During peak season there’s no upgrade available. Food is average.

The resort is located in a nice place and the hygiene is quite good and lovely. the behavior of the hotel people was quite friendly. some things can be developed but as a whole the experience was good.

some things needs to be addressed like* when in munnar people go around the whole day mostly at day time. so the swimming pool time is here from 8 am to 7 pm. so when people comes back from safari the pool is closed. it happens in other days. so if the pool timing can be increased it can be a good addition to the services.* a little varieties can be added in to the food but i must say the cooks and the services are really good.

not recommended to stay. if you want to get sick with Stinky smell and without hot water and top no proper food

Food is not very good .price is very high. Swimming pool us not clean.Bad smells around the swimming pool. Room also not clean enough

House keeping zero and food is below average and car parking very poor. Not worthy for money
