Great staff, good location next to the rose garden and the lake, cozy, small hotel. Great breakfast. Individual character of the house.

Not such a big room. No air conditioning.

Lovely breakfast room and breakfast itself was great. Owners and also receptionist Margaret were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, next to a rose garden and opposite a park and the lake. Short wander to the centre of Uberlingen.

Excellent location and staff

Breakfast was great! My room was truly lovely, large and well-appointed, with a great view and a very comfortable bed. I slept very well and enjoyed my stay immensely. The location is spectacular, right on the lake, five minutes from the promenade and everything wonderful about Uberlingen, a magical lake town. I'm so glad I chose this hotel as a home base for a late summer week on Lake Constance.

The WiFi was a little spotty.

Superb , family run hotel in a beautiful setting. Breakfast was well presented with freshly cooked scrambled eggs .

A pleasant old villa converted into a hotel. The opposite of anonymous international chains and, for this, very pleasant to spend a few days there. Excellent location that makes it possible to rest after working at the nearby aeronautical exhibition. Breakfast was excellent and the waiter was also very helpful and kind. A special thanks to Mr. Matteo from reception, always available to help everyone with wise suggestions even my colleague who had to go to Zurich without a car.

Boutique property. Old world charm. Clean, comfortable. Walking distance to the therme. Very caring owners and staff. Splendid cooked breakfast. Garden and promenade both in walking distance.

Some noise from the road adjacent to the room but not very intrusive. No elevator - we didn’t mind as we were on the ground floor.

Very nice building in and outside as well. The owners very kind and helpful. The lake shore just 1 minute walk.

Rooms too small and too business hotel like. Bed and furniture not satisfying.

Location was superb, very central, and a mere minutes away from both Therme and the center. Hotel amenities were great as well.Lovely garden, polite and helpful staff who provided great restaurant recommendations.Overall, one of the best stays we had so far in Germany.

Would appreciate a few more options at breakfast (such as soy milk or non-pork salami), but this is very minor.There were more than enough of other items presented.
