Hotel La Fleur

Great location. Easy check in/out. Clean, comfortable rooms, great shower pressure.

Would be nice to have a kettle for tea/coffee in the room. Also, no secure bike parking (understandably not available everywhere but we have been lucky to have this everywhere else along the Lake Constance bike path which has been a nice perk!)

Great location right in the old town. Rooms are large and clean. There is a lot going on in Überlingen during the Christmas season (Christmas market, ice skating rink). The Bodenseetherme can also be reached on foot.

Not happy at all with our stay!

It wasn't clean! The toilet had been used, the blanket was mucky, the room looked completely different than the pictures would assume especially due to the lighting (very cold light). Also there wasn't any shower gel in the bathroom of the second room that we booked!

I had made an earlier review mentioning that a water kettle for tea in the room would be good. Guess what? Several times now they have offered to bring tea directly to our room. Exceptional service!

It's a super location and they offer a discount on parking. The staff is like family and on future visits here, we'll not go anywhere else. You walk to the lake in 30 seconds. It's perfect!

Location is great. A minute walk to the lake and the promenade, plenty of restaurants around.

There was no hot (or warm) water in the morning.

Location is very central. It is a very nice cute hotel. I liked my room.

As I arrived no one was at desk anymore. I was using their phone to reach a phone number that was left at the desk to get my key for my room. My key was in a box at the entrance I needed a code for it. But I did not get a heads up that no one would be at the desk anymore after six.

The apartment was absolutely great, neat, clean, and fully equipped - huge fridge with ice for drinks, nespresso machine with capsules, kettle, toaster, dishwasher even, bed super comfy. Big like!

There is no parking near the hotel and no ac in the apartment.

Beds were a bit old, should be renewed. Showers could be a bit cleaner.

Friendly staff, easy check in. Place to store our bikes. Breakfast in the cafe was delicious!

No kettle. Headboard needed replacing, bits falling off and onto the mattress!

Very good value for money at this well located hotel. The rooms are nice, clean and convenient. There are many good things to say about the place but I would especially point out the friendliness of the staff.

It was right in the center of Überlingen, the Bodensee and bars/restaurants were right next to the hotel, supermarkets were also 5-10 minutes away on foot. Comfortable and very big bed, friendly and helpful staff.

Lack of basic coffee in the room

Great location. The bed was really big and comfortable but unfortunately there wasn't really enough bedding for the size of the bed. The single duvets barely covered my husband and the 2 small pillows were lost on the bed.

We didn't see any staff the whole time and just received a text message with information about the key code. That wasn't a problem but given there wasn't a lock on the entrance to the hotel, I would have expected a presence on reception. As a result, allthough Ueberlingen itself seemed like a safe place, the hotel didn't feel that secure.

Great location in the heart of the beautiful town of Überlingen. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. 24 hour car park available (15 euro max/24 hour period at time of booking) around 7 minutes walk from hotel. You are able to drop and pick up luggage at the hotel door which is in a pedestrian zone, no problem. Town is easily walkable everywhere. Good restaurants are all nearby.

No place to put clothes, room was not cleaned, TV doesn’t work.. the vent in the toilet was not working and the room was very dusty when i came in

A nice little hotel in the very centre of the city. The staff is helpful and really friendly. The hotel is great for a short stay. As I do not need breakfast I did not mind that they do not offer any.
