Pros +
- This hotel is an easy walk from downtown Luxeuil-les-Bains, which is why I chose it. Free parking lot is a good perk. Staff is nice. Most don't speak English, which is understandable but if you don't speak French, get a translation app.
- The beds were very comfortable and the air-condition worked well.
- Pleasant
Cons -
- The only downside is their room locks don't work and should be replaced. 80% of the time, we couldn't open the door and needed to go down to get a new key. Once, I couldn't get in for hours because the electronic part of the lock needed to replaced.
- The rooms were very worn and not as clean as it should be.
- facility is too oldcarpet need to be replaced
