Our room has a completely transparent shower window facing the bedroom. When we raised this concern at reception, we were told "this is normal in Germany" and nothing could be done. This is absolutely unacceptable for families or anyone sharing a room.Temperature Issues: Rooms were uncomfortably hot. Reception acknowledged the issue but said no one can fix it until tomorrow, offering no alternative solutions.Poor Housekeeping Standards: Basic supplies like water bottles were never replenished during our stay - something that's standard service elsewhere.Poor Customer Service: Staff consistently dismissed legitimate concerns instead of offering solutions.

The location is just great, in the center of all of the action.The dinner on the terrace is on another level. They thought about adding towels and home shoes for our toddler. Parking is included.

No AC, we suffered during the night though outside it was freezing. You cannot have an iron in the room (they do it for you for free though). The floor is made from wood and you hear noises all the time and sometimes it felt scary to walk on it. Bed and cushion were not comfortable at all.

Location, breakfast, spa amenities, room, and parking was amazing! Additionally, it was awesome that the train tickets were included in the price. The staff were extremely helpful with figuring out the train lines.

The sauna doesn't open until noon. It would be ideal for it to open earlier.

The view was amazing. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lake. The infinity pool also had a fantastic view. The room was huge - we could have spent the day there. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they waited until we were out of the room to clean, helped us with cycling trails and setting up their bikes, very attentive without being suffocating at meal times, reception and the bar.

There were so many wonderful things about this hotel. First of all its location on the lake and in town is fabulous. Secondly the staff are so courteous and helpful. The receptionists were very helpful in that they spoke English and gave me lots of information. The head waiter ( I believe) had a meal made for me to meet my special diet. Loved the breakfasts. Quite a spread. The outdoor terrace is excellent for relaxing and the view. The spa and pools are exceptional. The indoor pool area is stunning and the outdoor heated pool has the view of the lake. So beautiful. My room was spacious, clean, well maintained, and the bathroom was marble and had the best towels. A heated rack was also beneficial. Lots of closet space. The housekeeper for my room was very diligent and thorough. Now back to the spa, I made reservations for a massage. Qasim gave me my massage and did an excellent job. I also want to give kudos to the piano player who played nightly in the lounge. He is excellent and I really enjoyed spending time there. I look forward to returning one day to this grand hotel that has a foot in the past but is definitely in the here and now.

Fantastic location right on the lake and close to everything in the village itself. Rooms were immaculate and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Facilities were great, nice outdoor pool with a view, access to the lake from private beach large bedroom, evening bar and restaurant staff excellent.

Breakfast was just a free for all, staff were not helpful at seating us and tables reserved for some guests but not us, could do with a greater to show you to your table unlike the young man who looked after us for a evening meal.

Great hotel, perfect location right on this beautiful lake, it's even nicer than the photos. Beautiful spacious room with amazing terrace and views, it was great for our entire group - both for my parents who are looking for more 'fine' experiences, and both for us traveling with kids. A LOT of special experiences just around, Definitely recommended!

Great location at the heart of Titisee town, a nice private beach and two swimming pools offer plenty of options to relax.The crew was very caring and smiley.

The location, staff, rooms, and facilities make this hotel the best option for staying in Titisee. The restaurant also has a great menu and variety.

The days we stayed at this hotel were sweltering, and the rooms didn't have air conditioning.

I booked a room that had a balcony overlooking the lake which was beautiful. The room was clean and spacious. There was a mini bar fridge, glasses, bathrobes and a rain shower. There is a spa, pool, restaurant and bar at the property. The whole stay was calming and was just what I needed.

I could smell the cigarette smoke from the room next door when I had my balcony door was open.

Personnel at all levels and for all services was excellent. From welcoming at reception, to dinner service and breakfast in the restaurant, spa and check-out all were excellent. Beautiful and clean rooms, as well a beautiful and very clean SPA and delicious fresh food in the restaurant.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the evening meals delicious. The massage was great, and very relaxing. An all round very enjoyable stay.
