Hotel Hochfirst

The room is huge. Very convenient for a family with 3 girls. The hotel is most welcoming for children with special dishes, games etc. Breakfast is great.

Our stay at Hotel Hochfirst was truly one of the best family experiences we’ve had. The family who runs the hotel treated us with great kindness and respect — we felt like friends, not just guests.We were a family of seven — my wife and I with five children — and we were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived.

The place was very clean and nice the staff was very friendly!

The only negative was our room was over the restaurant and that was quite loud on Friday night but it all ended by 11 so not a really big deal

A hotel with a rural Black Forest atmosphere. The room was reasonably sized and very comfortable – we were a couple with three children and booked a room with a layout that separated the parents' bed from the kids' area (bunk bed + pull-out sofa).The staff was wonderful and extremely courteous, and every request was happily fulfilled right away.The hotel is very child-friendly: toilet seat reducers, step stools, and a small playroom.Breakfast was tasty with a respectable variety for Europe.The lounge was the highlight of the hotel for us – a spacious room with a huge selection of games, perfect for enjoying a fun family evening over a glass of beer.Free parking behind the hotel is a big plus.We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, the friendly staff, and its location.

Family rooms bathroom is a bit tight! Other than that no issues.

We loved the place! The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was excellent, and the building and room were fantastic—we loved everything from A to Z. This was exactly the place we wanted to stay. Their sauna was new, super clean, and hot enough.The location is also perfect; you can easily reach many hiking and trekking spots. The staff was incredibly helpful and assisted us a lot. We were searching for a ticket for something, and they managed to find it for us within a few hours. We stayed there with our dog, and the place is very dog-friendly.

Nothing to say to be honest. Everything was all good for us.

We were traveling with 2 young children and they went up and beyond to help us. Everyone was so friendly and the amenities were great! 15 min from the ski location. It was truly an amazing hotel and we will definitely be back.

The whole stay was wonderful, just what we were looking for. The staff at the hotel, from the moment we arrived to the very last day by checking out, was welcoming and super helpful, providing nice recommendations about things to do. The Hotel is in great location, super quiet, wonderful landscape and has a very relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed the breakfast every day, having our own assigned table. Additinally it was very convenient to have a charging station for E.V. at the same parking of the hotel, which is something that we were looking for. Great stay and looking forward to hopefully come again in the area.

Beautiful location with phantastic playground for kids. Very friendly people as expected from a family hotel. Very comfortable family room, nice small details. Tub alongside shower cabin, mineral water, beautiful view. Awesome breakfast with some great coffee.

Everything! Friendly, helpful staff, wonderful facilities and great location with lots of walks from the door.

The service was outstanding. Cozy, amazing food in a quiet location, but could walk 45 to Lake Titisee which was a pretty walk alongside the forest with pretty outlooks.

The hotel staff was superb. They were really helpful and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was very good, they even customised it as per our need. The hotel is very children friendly with a big playground outside. There are toys and books for small children in the restaurant as well so our kids were happy to finish their meal and wanted to go and play. Titisee is just 15 minutes drive from hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

A very traditional feel for my first visit to Germany. The room was very comfortable, facilities clean and well kept. The sauna was a lovely addition. The lounge area was really comfortable with games and books. Although we travelled as a couple, I would not hesitate in bringing my children here. It's such a lovely, warm and welcoming place. The food was delicious, very traditional in nature and was a real treat for my German fella. I cannot fault this place. It was my birthday during the trip and they made it such a memorable one. Thank you so so much to all of the staff. I hope to be back again in the future for a longer stay to explore the area a little more.

Beautiful property. Staff was exceptionally warm and took care of us the whole time. Breakfast was wonderful, and so was dinner (take advantage of the pre-order option for more premium items like the Ribs). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hotel was located off the main drag, so quiet. Breakfast was typical of the region. Room was hugh and well appointed. Comfortable chairs and bed.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location, the nice renovated room which had everything we needed (including "Alexa" that played our favorite music :-) , the breakfast was delicious ,and above all - Tom the owner and the rest of the staff that were extremely nice and attentive during our entire stay. We didn't want to leave. I highly recommend this place.

Very cosy place with super helpful and friendly staff. Rooms new and top notch. Chargestation on the parkinglot!Will be back..

Kitchen maybe a bit under-staffed

Very nice comfy room , renovated, super clean. Friendly staff, dinner was also very tasty. Children were happy with the playground and the playroom.
