Good location, friendly staff.Large room overlooking the lake.Easy parking. Very good buffet breakfast.

Facility a little outdated. Nice spa area, but service didn't have staff there. Ended up going across the street to get a massage.

The pool is great for kids, the rooms facing the lake are amazing and spacious! Food was good and staff very friendly and caring. Parking for EV car was available. The hotel is 4min walk to the center. Ideal location to relax.

The view from the room to the lake is amazing. The room is very comfortable. And we loved the pool anda sauna too.

There was no one thing that I didn’t love, but they could have an indoor parking space at winter.

Great location (on lake Titisee). Nice restaurant, Indoor swimming pool, 3 saunas, billiards, mini-bowling, spa-garden with long chairs right on the lake. Forest and lake walks opportunities.

Spa area with saunas is only open at 12:00, so you can‘t enjoy it on the last day before your checkout.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was excellent

The spa really let the hotel down. I had hoped for some treatments as part of my stay. There was no answer from the phone or email. Other guests had made appointments for massagesand nobody turned up to give them. The people at the desk on varying occasions were to say the least unhelpful suggesting I phone or email even though there was no reply. No snacks or water in the relaxation room which for this class of hotel is very bad. If enjoyment your stay is dependant on using the spa facilities I would definately not stay at this hotel.

A modern construction that was well located with elevated views of the lake. The suite was excellent in every respect with a very comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom. The common areas were equally appealing, the staff were well trained and welcoming and the food was prepared to a high standard.

There really was nothing to complain about.

location was very good with panoramic views of the lake. Our room was spacious with very nice balcony. However the toilet was visible from the balcony. (Instant coffee in the room not a good look!)Breakfast was OK and typical. Good coffee. Good omlet an breads.

Almost $450 a night fee.Asked if they can add additional bed, they flatly said no and they also said the staff have gone for the evening!Additional exorbitant fees for parking!

The hotel is around an absolutely stunning area with calming woods and sight to the Titisee. It has a very nice kitchen with delicious foods and also a friendly bar with good local drinks (like Black Wood Gin and local beers), where you can release the steam.

Very friendly staff! They really had everything: sea view, spa, restaurant, gym, bowling, bar, even alpakas. Everything was perfectly clean.

Fantastic location, right opposite the Kurhuis. Very comfortable, good staff, bit costly restaurant but the view of the lake from the restaurant makes up for it. Sumptuous breakfast! Really feel-good stay.

Our room did not have an AC and it can get hot during the summer afternoon. We had to finally ask for a fan and the staff gave us. I wish they gave it to us anyway as part of the service
