Pretty disappointing and over-priced

It is not just that the hotel is right over a train station - the hotel IS the train station, with noise from trains and loudspeakers all night. It was hot when we visited, and with no air conditioners, we had to keep the windows open. We had several sleepless nights. Additionally, they charge for everything that is advertised as included. Fitness room? 15 euro. If you want to use the “spa”, you have to rent a bathrobe (5.50) and give them an hours’ heads up so they turn things on. They don’t clean the rooms in the name of climate, and there are no refrigerators or a kettle in the room. The bathroom towels that were in the room were very small.Overall, this is less than a budget hotel, trying to pass as a decent hotel. Honestly, you can spend the same money and get something much nicer.

Late check-in was easily acccomodated!

The parking mentioned as being free on the other side of the railroad is not free (anymore?), so I ended up driving around Titisee for half an hour for nothing at night and ended up paying for parking nonetheless.The room was quite noisy, you hear a lot from inside the house as there are no carpets, as well as every single train passing, with closed windows.

The rooms are comfortable and stylish. You can't ask for a better location. The sauna area is very nice.

I shouldn't have to ask for cleaning service every day. First night, we arrived too late to request service for the next day. Second night, something went wrong when I requested service on the tablet so our room was not cleaned at all during our 3-night stay. Thankfully we were able to get fresh towels. Part of the joy of staying in a hotel is that someone else does this work for you every day without asking.

Very clean and new. It’s close the railway tracks and serves as a perfectly acceptable functional hotel.

It’s all concrete and looks like a nice dorm. I was looking for something that offered leisure features.

No Coffee or Tea or Minibar in the Room. Getting a Tea at Reception for 3.80€ is just abstract and way too expensive.

Lovely hotel in a stunning town, picture perfect Gentleman on check in was such a great face to the business, really friendly and helpful Food was great and really good value Would recommend to anyone travelling to stay here

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The location right on the train station is a great base to see the surroundings, there is a bus stop right outside and if you stay more than one night you get a transport pass.Lots of choice at breakfast. After a day of doing activities you can come back and relax in the sauna upstairs.

Fab location when arriving by train - very quiet despite being next to tracks. Cafe opposite was fantastic. Cards for free tourist travel were a real bonus. Walkable to the spa

The parking is a long way from the hotel, which we weren’t told.There are no tea making facilities or water in the rooms.

This hotel is a great place to stay because of the staff’s courtesy and kindness, the clean property, and the tasty food.

The breakfast was excellent, full of fresh products and variety. The hotel staff were very friendly. I felt very well.

No air conditioning but the hotel is literally inside the train station, so keeping the windows open was not the best option to have a quiet sleep.Wi-Fi down for a few days Breakfast was good, but for two days the cold milk was tasting bad: I wonder if the container had some residual milk of the previous days.
