Location. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Rooms are not well maintained. It doesn’t deliver a 5 star experience despite charging the 5 star rates.

Many things not working like the refrigerator cooling not there, not the exhaust in the bathroom. Also the property seems old now!

I arrived at midnight. I was told that I dont have confirmation. I showed my confiramtion from Bookings.com.I asked if I can book a room now. He said there are no rooms.I sat in the lounge.I was looking to boot at VIVANTA, RADDISSON BLUE, etc.,My meeting next morning was across the street at TATA ELEXIS.Incidentally I just looked again through Booking.com.It showed rooms were available and I booked and stayed back.so, I was curious why someone said there were no rooms?I could have gone to other hotel in which case you would have lost the business

There was a writing pad & pen kept in the room so that guests can use, which is a very nice gesture, however, the pen was broken and that broken part was sealed with a tape, ideally a new/ proper pen should have been kept

Friendly staff, location ideal for work in and around Whitefield, in between 2 malls so lots of shopping and eating options around. Splendid breakfast spread

TV in the room is too small, smallest I have seen, doesnt fit expectation from such a property. Telephone lines also need to checked. Wifi speed is ok but requires resigning everytime one moves out of the hotel.

Breakfast had a good spread and no waiting time with the place well spread and adequate. Room was comfortable

Can't really think of anything though the check-out time should be noon and not 11;00 AM. You really cannot go for any views as the windows look into next door building.

We got 511& 509 rooms in fifth floor ..the bath tub in 511 was damaged the dirty water gets collected in the center of the tub which could cause slippery surface while getting into it..the bathroom pipes were all leaky

The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast I have had. And I stay at a lot of hotel around the world. Great options for Americans which I can respect, but I stayed firmly on the Indian side of the buffet :) amazing.

The mini fridge did not cool drinks that well, it's really not the biggest issue, but if I had to point at one thing that gave me some problems, maybe it's the minibar temperature. That sounds so first world, but I had to keep my drinks in there for a long time and put them back in to keep cool. Overall I liked the selection from the minibar too.

Breakfast was lovely and they had quite a lot of variety and they catered for everyone. Pool was nice. Staff was helpful. If you are planning to work please do not forget to book the Business Centre, we were asked to move in the middle of our meeting which was inconvenient. The wi-fi is fine for general browsing, if you are one of those people who want to work from the hotel and be on video calls the wi-fi will not cater for this. I was fortunate to have local sim card so I survived on Hotspot.

We were not informed of needing to book the business centre prior to our business meetings, which would have been more convenient if explained at check in when we asked about the business area. It is complimentary though so we appreciate the facility.

No Hammam and Sauna or jacuzzi. only very small hammam available for 8’ if you buy a massage … very small fitness room with very few equipments

The breakfast buffet was superb and overall the hotel was comfortable enough and in a great location.

The facilities themselves are getting a bit rundown, for example the shower over the bathtub collected water that didn't drain properly leaving you a small puddle of water for the next shower. Also, I really dislike a hotel claiming to have a facility, the pool in this case, and then making it next to impossible to use such. The Zuri is in a location that makes it primarily, if not only, a business hotel. Yet the pool is only open from 09:00-18:00. What are most business travelers doing from 9-6? Well, if they are like me, they are working during those hours. They really should reconsider this...

Stay at Zuri was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in Bangalore, the staff are so well mannered and pleasant, especially Priya at the reception. The rooms were top quality, spacious with excellent view, breakfast buffest was great, the place is simply great. Absolute value for money. I would like to visit again.

The hotel has one of the best rooms, great services and amazing food. The rooms were awesome and I would say better than many other 5-7 star hotels. We were very happy with our stay at the hotel.I gave 5 stars for location because I chose the location, people giving less rating must know that they chose the location before the booking so why do they give less stars for the location.

The breakfast was good, facilities are all right. It is at whitefield which is away from town.

The breakfast could be better. Food is rather good at the restaurant.
