- Usual problem of having to walk through smokers who must stand in doorways so everyone can share their smoke? Shame the staff don't think to move smokers away from the doors, but this is a common problem and not unique to here. The smell of someone smoking also filled the dining area towards the end of the meal!
- The hotel staff was polite, but they should be a little more friendly. The kitchen closes at 20:30 so if somebody orders at 20:00 the meal,as we did ,the chances to get a desert are low to none. At least they offer beverages even after 20:30.

The stuff are very impolite (not all of them of course), there was a guy who is working in the Hotel, I told him I booked an Apartment and i need to check in and if he can help me, he replied: and? with very sarcastic way! and kept smoking his cigarette? the Breakfast team was very loud and didnt even give instructions they only comment because i used the glass instead of the cup for the tea. they guy who was at the reception was the very polite????
Room really wide. Personnel polite and easy parking.Close to nature and Schwarz Wald. Breakfast on average.
