hotel was very clean and niceyl decorated. It made me feel at home

The air was warm and a bit stuffy. It would have been nice to have air conditioning or a fan for ventilation.

One of the best hotels that we have been to with a dog, they gave dog bed, and even some snacks for out dog! Very clean rooms, good location :) perfect!

My first room was very noisy due to the party and the laud music that was going on the other side of the building, Even with a closed window! I finally called the hotel at 1:00 AM and let them know I was not able to sleep and the music was just not letting me sleep! Well, I am so grateful my complaint was heard & i was immediately given another room that was very quite and I was able to have a good sleep and woken up fresh the next day.

For budget accommodation this is an excellent choice. Fresh and clean with a spacious reception area. The receptionist on arrival was exceptionally helpful. The room was small but this is part of the hotel format. Good breakfast. Overall, great value for money. Cycle storage was in a locked cycle shelter.

For some, check-in on arrival was quite complicated, the mattress didn't suit me and the pillow didn't at all, the room lacks at least an insect net in the windows when there is no air conditioning, breakfast was the same every day, after 3 days I didn't even want to eat the same thing anymore, and last but not least, one is really afraid to go out in the evening.

The rooms were quite hot and no way to set the temperature. Opening the windows let in a lot of noise.Also, the shower water didnt flow away which led to an overflow, which led to flooding the room. I chose not to report it because my son was already sleeping and i was afraid we would need to change rooms. So i mopped everything myself after a long day..

The impersonal computer check in with no one to answer questions is the opposite of welcoming and helpful. Why would I do that at a hotel when I can get the same process at an air b and b more cheaply? That is shy I stay at a hotel. I am staying at a series of hotels with my bike snd the others have all been great with helpful personel at the end of a long day on the bike. I will not stay at another lodging that does this cost saving measure.

What a lovely and beautiful Hotel in Tuttlingen. My big shout out to the architect and also the interior designer. This property is perfect for couple of days stay with small children and also with Dog. The staffs were extremely friendly and very responsible in helping the customers. Breakfast was nothing new but very very tasty and good quality selection of products. Your 4 legged family member is very gladly received. Easy Check in Check out options. On the whole we had a very nice and comfortable stay.

Only thing i dint like is the wash basin in Bedroom.

Comparing with the previous time, now the breakfast area is changed. Eating on the coffee table is not the best option.

My key card stopped working an about hour before check out (before 12) and I needed to find a person who could help me to open the room so I could pick up my stuff from the room.

Staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help us with our bikes and our children. Location brilliant. Football table in the lobby was a hit with our kids.
