Pros +
- Convenience, It is the first hotel when you get off the dock. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would book again if in Railay.
- Easy location
- The pool was nice with a great view and with the remote location the airport transfer service they offer was nice. Breakfast was decent as well.
Cons -
- Lack of Hot water
- We had to switch rooms before our first night due to thick smell of open sewage outside our room and sometimes within. The room itself was very dated and lots of bugs flying around.
- Having to access hotel via Junk Boat was not convenient with luggage. If you wanted to go to KRABI Night market you had to take a boat. You were at the mercy of the boats. (To be clear: there is no car access to this area. You must take a boat.)

Hotel was not completely secluded from other shops and bars. Beach for swimming and boating was not accessible from hotel location. To access beach. Had to walk down street of bars and restaurants. Beach on resort side was smelly and unusable.
Having to access hotel via Junk Boat was not convenient with luggage. If you wanted to go to KRABI Night market you had to take a boat. You were at the mercy of the boats. (To be clear: there is no car access to this area. You must take a boat.)
