Great location - Opposite side of the big Le Eclerc. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Good breakfast.

The space in the room provided is comfortable enough for a couple. A bit tight in space as we travelled with 2 dogs..but it works since we only spent a night

The ambience of the Hotel on arrival we instantly felt at ease, even with our small dog host warm and welcoming. Room was clean and comforting in that there was a pop up sign advising how to make most of stay by relaxing and turning off phone, which we duly did! Breakfast in the morning was lovely and thoroughly enjoyed by us both. Definitely stay there again if in the area.

The children who stayed overnight were bit excited and disturbed us at first but they quickly quietened so no problem there!

Good location. Ok sized room for 3 of us. Immaculately clean not a cobweb or bit of dust found anywhere. Fresh clean new looking bedding and towels. Lovely friendly welcome and goodbye. We didn't stay for breakfast but the coffee we bought was lovely. Plenty of parking. Would stay again great for an overnight stop over.

Some areas a bit tired looking such as the exterior. Bathrooms are very small but adequate. Wooden beds are black so is the floor kept walking into the bed corners as you couldn't see them.

Extra charge of €3 on top of the room price. Some kind of environmental tax. But for what? Am I polluting their air?Strange

nothing it was dirty unclean and staffed by people who were not very friendly, accept for the room maid, who was very nice,we were having having our breckfast when the managers wife came up to me quiet agressively and wanted to know who we were and had we booked in... I went to the desk with her and the man who checked us in told us that there was 'No Problem' and to carry on with our meal... not very nice

It needs a lot of work on it the room was ok but the bathroom was dirty and the shower was old and not clean, the sink was very badly cracked and leaked all over the floor, we had to use one of the towels to mop it up.. and the price charged was not cheap my any standard!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness was outstanding— the rooms were well-maintained and fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail truly made the experience enjoyable. The air-conditioning and heating was working perfectly. So it's perfect if you travel with a dog.I will definitely return on my next visit!

Not too much choice within walking distance for evening meal

Cheap and cheerful. Staff very nice and welcoming and location was good for our onward travel. Love the wall murals. Best breakfast as don't usually get fresh fruit which is what i eat for breakfast every day so this was very welcome. Will be back some stage. ❤️

Could gave done with a table to place things. Just a little too lacking in furniture.

The hotel was perfect for a night stay on our way back to the Netherlands. Very convenient self check-in system, good communication with the host, they replied very quickly to all my messages which was highly appreciated. Our room was quite big, very clean (we saw that the cleaning service is very good there) and corresponded to what we saw in the pictures on the site. The location is lovely. We saw that at the property they do care about the comfort of their guests and really do everything for their pleasant stay.

Perfect stopover near the motorway. They accept dogs for a charge of 10€ payable at check-in, which is 24hr. Marie, on reception, was exceptionally friendly and helpful.We would stay again. Huge E.Lecler opposite (not open Sunday's) Burger King next door and restaurant in the Campinale Hotel too. Further along the road is a McDonald's and Cassino Hypernarket. The historic town square has some nice restaurants but very busy on a Saturday night.

Rooms a little on the small side, especially fitting a dog in, too.

Friendly welcome, easy to find. Lovely restaurant near by which I would highly recommend near the bowling.Good breakfast. Close to Bourge which is well worth a visit

We were at the front of the hotel so was a little noisy at night. The hotel is carpeted so my son was a little allergic with the dog in the room.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was of good quality. The two rooms we booked were close together. The car park was easy to navigate in our large car.

My wife requested additional pillows, but they could not fulfill this request - the staff member said they were new and didn't know where they were. The shower head holder was broken in our en-suite. The shower had a shower curtain (as opposed to a shower screen), which meant the whole en-suite ended up soaking wet after every shower.

Decor not to our taste, dated, shabby and not very clean. Bed not particularly comfortable, room tiny and very low ceiling

Perfect place for stopover for Ouistreham ferry. Good bed and shower. Recommend restaurant La Rose des Vents restaurant 7-8 minutes walk away
