    Pros +

    • Good location, clean, easy parking, comfortable. Thoughtful desk staff, easy check in and out. Very cool restaurant design, though we didn't try it.
    • Very well appointed, colorful and imaginative decor.
    • Pleasant bar area to relax with a good choice of cocktails and wines. The room was large and comfortable. There

    Cons -

    • Inconsequential considering the relative higher price point.
    • We asked for two beds. One was a foldout couch with barely enough room to get in or out. It was Sunday and the restaurant was closed, but they offered room service. It was chilly and raining so we opted for that. We were given two sealed glass containers with utensils but no plates. So we ate directly from the containers, which seemed very odd, especially in a country where dining is so respected.
    • The bathroom was somewhat small with a very slippery bath

    Excellent accommodation. Wonderful dining area.

After a long day's drive, disappointing to find restaurant not open.

    Beautiful property

Although there was EV charging it wasn’t possible to book it before we arrived. For those of us who rely on certainty of a charging point this was disappointing. We were lucky that when we arrived there was a charging point available

I loved the lounge area which had a piano and lots of quirky objects d’art. Also the restaurant ( which is independently run) is in a beautiful setting, restored from an old church.

It wasn’t as central as I’d imagined, but still only a 10-15 minute walk.

    Location and parking

Seemed like the room was tired.Brown at the bottom of toilet bowl, small bathroom, seemed almost closed on a Sunday, no atmosphere. No HDMI on TV.

The room could have been a little bigger so that two chairs could be used to relax without sitting on the bed, it was very nicely finished. Breakfast had a large choice and coffee was good. The restaurant area is a stunning room and our evening meal was very nice. Staff were all engaging and pleasant. ??

It’s a pity Bourges is pretty much shut on a Sunday and Monday evening where restaurants are concerned, so it would have been very helpful if the bar area in the hotel could offer something a little more interesting and substantial than the tapas boards they do on a Sunday evening (the restaurant is shut on that day).
