Central location. Room was good & bed comfortable.

Hotel was advertised with free parking. There is no parking at the hotel. Parking is on the street.

Ugly building and rather strange room layout with separate toilet and bathroom some distance apart.

It was clean, relatively easy to find and close to main shopping street

No parking, jumpy lift, no view from window just some ramshackle rooftops and staff seemed very disinterested

The Hotel was spotlessly clean. A good position to walk into town. Easy parking on the street. Room size was sufficient, not particularly spacious but met our needs. Staff were helpful. We didn't have breakfast as chose to move on early, so can't comment about food. So good value and would stay again.

Hotel looks a little dated and lacks character, however for our needs it was perfectly acceptable

What a gorgeous town Bourges was! I wish we were there for longer!!!This hotel was really nice, the staff were great and it had an older feel to it but the rooms were fantastic. Very clean and comfortable and modern. Street parking was easy too.Highly recommend staying here

Close to city Center, bed was ok

No fridge, air condition was very loud, I had to turn it off to sleep. Bathroom very tiny and water didn't drain. WiFi very weak

Good location - minutes away from the Palais de Jacques Cœur and the old town - friendly staff, a quiet, decently sized room (there was a desk with upright chair for writing postcards) and a fairly priced buffet breakfast. Bourges itself has a lot to offer and fully deserves its nomination as European City of Culture for 2028.

A very comfortable overnight stop. Very comfortable main bed, and a good third bed for our son. The room was a very good size too so the third bed was a little bit away from the main bed. Excellent quiet air conditioning which was very much needed as we were there during the August heatwave!A pleasant 5 or 10 minute stroll in to the town centre.We can't comment on breakfast, as we didn't have breakfast there.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. As a wheelchair user, it was so good to have a room with plenty of electric sockets that were conveniently placed and a bathroom with plenty of room to manoeuvre. The hotel staff were helpful, polite and cheerful. The breakfast had a good choice. The cost was good value and we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It would have been helpful if, as a disabled person, we had been able to reserve parking at the hotel. Also, it was good to have tea and coffee in the room but it would have been nice to also have had milk.

Nothing, it was awful

Described as modern with full facilities. Arrived on a Sunday, limited food available all of which was basically a microwave meal. Limited drinks available.Staff on checkout were awful, basically argued with me about the payment for room despite pre-paying via booking.com.

Location great for 1 night stay, close to cathedral and restaurants. Parking easy and free. Breakfast good but basic.

A little tired, receptionist not overly welcoming.

Décor a bit 90s

The breakfast was excellent. A good variety of food to choose from. Ham, cured sausage, cheeses, cream cheese. Fresh fruit salad fresh fruit bowl, different types of bread, croissants boiled eggs Hot and cold drinks .’

I think the hotel was spot on with its model.

There was 1 restaurant nearby which was OK.Difficult to find an alternative for the 2nd night.Apart from cathedral and its immediate surroundings we found Bourges to be a fairly dreary place.
