Pretty basic room clean and comfortable bed

One of the best values I'e ever experienced and it just has a great feeling. Very comfortable, clean and stylish.

We stayed here during Cyclone Ditwah. The staff were amazing and looked after us very well which we are forever grateful for ? The accommodation is in a very central location with lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The accommodation is basic but clean and comfortable.

Location, staff, room size

It’s located in the city centre, within walking distance of the Sri Dalada Maligawa (Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location indeed. Center of the city. Walking distance to anywhere!

If they had an elevator

The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. The rooftop view in Kandy was amazing. Myself and Kirsty are grateful of the staff - who went beyond the service provided.

Great location, lovely shower and hairdryer.

Our ceiling was leaking, and dripping on the floor. The room was mouldy and damp.

Located super central in Kandy, on the description says laundry provided but if the customer arrives late, it wouldn’t be provided. Spacious room but bathroom was full of bugs and mould, shower was separated with an old mouldy curtain from the toilet bowl. Comfortable bed, there was a small bed inside the room for a 3rd person or child too, towels and toiletries provided.

A decent place but nothing extraordinary. Location is very good. WiFi was quite poor. Floor quite slippery. It would be great if they can put some holders for amenities in the shower

We liked everything, there was even a hair dryer in the room which in Asia is something extraordinary. The location is great, just in the center. The laundry service was quick and cheap. The room was comfortable, shower with nice pressure and hot water. Nothing to complain.

Location

Bed linen wasn’t clean. There were many small and big hairs on the bed sheet. That means they haven’t changed the bed linen it was used linen. It was disgusting. Very much uncomfortable and unfair.

We've stayed one night. Room was enough. Clean bathroom, hot water and rain shower. Quiet air conditioning. Nice rooftop bar, you can admire the views. We had a train in the morning, so we got breakfast to go, toast with cheese, fruits and water.

Quite dirty, location in the city center so it was very noisy. If someone likes silence I recommend finding something on the outskirts of Kandy. The restaurant had disgusting food, we ate at a different place every time. Breakfast is only from 8 am so if you have a tour booked you still have to organize your own breakfast. Although we didn't use the breakfast we still had to pay for it.

Good, if you are in town for a night or two. Great location, close to all major sites. The hotel itself is allright. It's relatively clean and not too loud. Everything is very reasonable for the price one is paying. So, with realistic expectations, this seems like a good, budget friendly option.

Nice place to stay near center location not hot room restaurant on rooftop

Very central location. If you’re taking a morning train, this is a great hotel for an overnight stay. The staff were incredible. Very helpful. I had an issue with my train ticket to Ella and they went above and beyond to help me sort it out. They even called me when I was at the train station to make sure that I got on my scheduled train. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend

Amazing rooftop terrace, a great place to watch the sunset and get some calm in the middle of a busy city while still being close to all the action.

NICE LOCATION, SHORT WALK TO LAKE AND TEMPLE

The rooms were clean.

The hotel stairs were quite steep. The worst part of our stay was the staff’s scamming behavior. The hotel manager was the biggest scammer of all. He didn’t provide any water in the room, so we had to buy two bottles from him. When I saw the bill, I was shocked by the price he charged. The original price of each bottle was 120 LKR, but he charged 240 LKR per bottle. When I questioned him about the double charge, he tried to deceive me by claiming it was a service charge. I then asked for a copy of the bill and told him I would report the matter to the tourist authorities. After that, he called his boss and returned the entire amount, saying the water was free for me. This incident left me completely shocked.
