This is my third visit to Capital Regency. The staff is friendly and always tries their best, even though they seem to be understaffed. The location is excellent—just a short walking distance to the rear entrance of the Temple of the Tooth (Dalada Maligawa), Kandy Lake Round, and the children’s playground.
The rooms are decent but could use some upgrades, especially the furniture, which should be replaced for a better experience. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly place with a great location, but some improvements would make the stay even better.
The rooms are a good size. Comfortable beds and tea and coffee facilities and AC.

Property has nice view of the city and had a swimming pool. We enjoyed a lot. Rooms are larger and neat. Has a ample car park. Staff is friendly and helpful. They gave us additional room to keep all of our family together. Which is nice of them.
Better if bathrooms are bit more cleaned. There are cockroaches in the bathroom. It might be difficulty to control them due to humidity weather.

The staff members are very friendly and the chef made very tasty "pol sambol" for breakfast. I am happy with all the services and products they provide.
I only have one suggestion, the outside the pool, the tiles are very slippery, please find a solution.

I got 119 room bad smell from bathroom. In bathroom was only soap, we had 2L water botle, heater and empty tea cups. No sugar no teabags. There no update bookin.com
