Beautiful pool and views. Nice accommodations with a modern shower and AC. Helpful and friendly staff.

The dinner was good but the value did not match the price.

The facility was excellent. The staff were excellent as well, very accommodating. Beautiful resort in the hills above Kandy, with a great view of the adjacent forest. Great food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). The massage I got there was awesome too.

The room was wonderful and the staff were great. The hotel itself is tough to get to up in the mountains but we had a great driver who didn't mind. Staff was absolutely lovely.

Noise from the courtyard was easy to hear inside the room. Buffet was okay, not great.

I was thoroughly impressed by the host(jood) exceptional service he was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The hotel's location is equally remarkable, situated in a vibrant area with easy access to local attractions and amenities. This combination of outstanding hospitality and a prime location made my stay truly enjoyable.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food served. The chicken in the biryani I ordered was frozen and hard, making it unappetizing. Additionally, the jumbo peanuts provided were expired, which is unacceptable and raises concerns about food safety.

beautiful view of mountains from the pool, perfect place for relax! the staff is very friendly and the choice of food is quite large, also tasty.

bed is a bit mild, and is with no mosquito net, which is very useful in Sri Lanka

The drive to the hotel is steep and narrow which can be nerve-racking but the extraordinary view is worth it

Stunning property loved the pool looking over the city view. What really made it were the staff in restaurant and the porter who helped us with our bags. All the staff were amazing ? Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. If you are looking to head out at ngt into Kandy maybe A bit far out but the restaurant on site is fantastic so you don’t feel need to leave

The location was good. Food for breakfast was adequate. However. Stayed one night only.

It seemed , some of the rooms are not senior citizen friendly. Climbing stairs may be troublesome.

We booked this hotel based on a YouTube video, but the reality wasn’t quite as expected. Getting there was a challenge—the hotel is perched at the top of a mountain, accessible only by narrow roads with potholes. Cars struggle to reach it, and even tuk-tuks have a rough time. Once you’re there, you’re pretty much stuck.The staff and the views are the hotel’s biggest highlights—they’re truly stunning. We stayed in Room 11, a spacious suite that initially seemed great. However, after turning off the AC when we went for dinner, we returned to find the room infested with lizards, small flies, and spiders. For the next three nights, we had to keep the AC on full blast to keep the bugs out. The staff did their best, spraying the room, but there wasn’t much more they could do.If you’re comfortable with bugs and wildlife, this might not be an issue. The staff are kind and polite, but their limited English makes communication difficult, especially if you need to raise concerns. Breakfast is simple but sufficient.Overall, the best aspects of this hotel are the breathtaking views and the friendly staff—but be prepared for the remote location, challenging access, and a few unexpected “guests” in your room.

The morning breakfast was a nightmare. This sort of a breakfast is unacceptable. Pineapple, banana and papaya was only items there for the dessert. Shame. Just bread items and cornflakes was the mains

It was a good property. But bit hard road to reach. Clean and tidy. Beautiful place. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good and had different varieties of food. Dinner was not good ( fried rice and kottu roti).

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the exceptional hospitality, every detail was taken care of with so much thought. The hotel’s location is breathtaking, perched right on top of the mountains, offering stunning views all around.One of the biggest highlights was the food—easily some of the best we’ve ever had, and surprisingly reasonable for the quality and portions. Every meal was a delight!Without a doubt, if we visit Sri Lanka again, we will 100% stay at this property. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service, stunning views, and an unforgettable experience!

The road that gets to the hotel is really bad. They need to expand the road and fix all these pits and holes. Two vehicles cannot pass thru at once as well.
