Skyloft Kandy

Far away from city center, usually 500 rupees if you take the TUTU. Very noisy in the early morning start from 5am, the Parking lot is right underneath balconies.

Rooms are clean and the facility is new

Family suites are not in the pictures that they advertise. They are in a seperate building upstairs of the car park. Does not include any view of the mountains. This is false advertising

Amazing hotel and perfect stay for Christmas! This was our second time at Skyloft. We stayed in the new apartments which provided our family lots of space. The staff helped our family make Christmas magical for our children by providing a small Christmas tree to decorate. The building is beautiful and well decorated. Clean. We sat at the rooftop bar every night. Al la carte food was great. Buffet breakfast was ok. Yes it is far from downtown but as a result you get an amazing panoramic view of the surrounding hills. Sunsets are stunning.

Needs more sunloungers by pool and comfortable furniture in common areas. Pool is very cold and would be nice to be heated slightly. Shouldn’t have to pay to play pool table.

The staff , the pool , the view , the halal food , the service , everything was charming, big specious clean room & comfortable bed .

Little bit need to make prices lower.

Great views. Mr. Duminda is more helpful man you’ll see in hotels industry. Nice breakfast. Cozy room and clean.

It’ll be great if you heated the pool.

Internet issues, stray dogs outside the 2nd building usually after evening. Limited breakfast

WiFi quality could be improved. I struggled to get a working WiFi for my one and a half day, then it got fixed but speed has very low.Also more international item could be added to the breakfast menu.

Amazing swimming pool and views, 5 stars services, really nice staff

The view from our room and rooftop bar amazing . Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and specious. We had a great time .

The food was good for the price we paid as we got a good deal but it can improve.

location.. my cab driver was reluctant to come to this place.. since i have already pre booked i will loose money.. he came..

The location view is amazing and the staff specially was wonderful. Had a great experience thanks to them. Room was also so beautiful, clean and tidy.

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view from the balcony. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Mr. Amila, whose attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable.

However, the foul smell inside the room was a bit unpleasant and detracted slightly from the experience.

Nice room and hotel

The food was the worst we had in our 4 day srilanka trip. I opted for dinner buffet hoping there would be something I would get to eat, but alas, dinner and breakfast was utter flop.

Lovely calm property outside Kandy! Spectacular views, great staff, and amazing pool. Some have commented on the road up to the hotel which we found totally fine (drove ourselves) and it’s all asphalted. Good value for money also!

Breakfast options are good but the quality of some of the bread etc isn’t great (a bit dry etc).

In room pillow was not comfortable .

This property was a big disappointment! Is really really hard to find it! We had a guide and from the hotel they weren’t able to explain how to get there. Then, the place has 2 buildings - the one that is shown in the pictures and another building, separated by a road - we didn’t stayed in the main building.The breakfast is poor and horrible, nothing good, the fruits were sour, they didn’t knew to make a fried egg. The pool area si something minuscule, 2 sun-beds and some chairs. also, no bar there. The view is beautiful, the single thing beautiful. Also the bathroom was dirty, everywhere.. the closet, the faux celling was filled with dead insects etc..

Run if you can, choose something else!

Very nice hotel just a little outside of Kandy.Beautiful rooftop pool with great valley view. Excellent dinner buffet for fair price.

Balcony could use a little maintenance.

The hospitality at the hotel was fantastic, all the staff were very helpful and super nice specially Anjalo.The rooftop bar and pool was very peaceful and had an amazing view. Would definitely recommend if you were to stay in Kandy!

We had a nice and relaxing stay. We appreciated the nice view and the rooftop pool The rooms were comfortable and had everything you need for a nice stay. A bit outside of the city, but easy reachable by car or tuk tuk.
