- Warm and friendly despite the formal appearanc at first. The staff and the watefall are amazing. Rooms could be cleaned a bit better. The management is quite open to feedback. We were invited to a homecoming of a wedding and to a small personell party. It was very nice and warming. Thank you, we had a great time. Do swim in the levels of the waterfall here. It is amazing.

Very good hotel. Clean, beautiful, with a gorgeous waterfall and river nearby. Nice pool, delicious food. The reception staff is beyond praise! They offered to upgrade the room category for free, which was very nice! The rooms pleased with their equipment, cleanliness and size. An excellent hotel for complete relaxation in the mountains!
beautiful location ideal place fir relaxing
way to your room not covered inconvenience during rain
Beautiful and spacious hotel near the river. There is a nice big swimming pool in front of the rooms. Dinner and breakfast were great! I definitely recommend this place!
The air in the room was a bit wet but this problem is solvable if you open all the windows.
The location the spacious room and bed facilities
Staff! Except for the reception staff the other workers lack experience
beautiful location by the river side, friendliness of the staff their awareness and alertness
the building of the bathroom is not done properly
The Breakfast is very good. They provided free upgrade of room from standard to deluxe.
milk powder was not provided along with the tea bags at room
Breakfast was good had good choice. Location was excellent. Regretted not booking a suit. However normal rooms was comfortable. Staff was helpful and the food was very good.
The normal rooms were so close to the reception area. There was lot of disturbances as a wedding function was held adjacent to the room. We felt that the room and the toilet has been used prior our occupancy.
Food was good.
Pictures of hotel are not quite what you get when you arrive. Standard rooms are small and noisy.
Very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. We were given a free room upgrade on arrival and they made us feel very welcome. The soup was also fantastic!
Coffee wasn’t the best!
Location and Breakfast
It was little difficult to find as very little road signs and the staff weren't very fluent in giving us the route.

The setting with the lake and waterfall was very beautiful and peaceful.Nice swimming pool but too cold to go in!Staff coping well under Covid conditions.
Views across the hotel both in and out were magnificent. The mini waterfall and the water stream, misty mountain views and spacious surroundings were beyond expectations. Food was as good as the views as well. Helpful staff and comfortable accommodation.
