The amenities and the view from our room were amazing! Overall the infinity pool, the breakfast and the staff were great ?

We were not a big fan of their restaurant, unfortunately the food was not the best, at least not for the price we paid for them.

It’s a good hotel but I’d expect more from 5 stars hotel

The view. At first, we thought the location on the hills was too far from town, but it was actually quite nice to escape the bustle and we were able to walk in the end. Tuktuks were highly affordable too.

When I get there I was so tired, there was some issue by water tab and the door ,they solve it very fast, but they should check the room before the guests come

Staff checking out were rude and charging me for things I didn’t use in the mini bar

Wonderful hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed thoughtful birthday treats throughout our stay. Clean, well-maintained rooms with a balcony and stunning view. Great, tasty breakfast. Outstanding service — smiling, kind staff, the best we’ve experienced.

1) Construction site next door; 2) threadbare blankets which with an Aircon running was inadequate. Didn’t spend too much time there but general impression of the Kandy hillside is of unbridled construction.

Central location

Staff response is poor especially of the General Manager of the property. A request for an escalation of an issue was not entertained. An issue, whether the hotel is right or the guest is right is immaterial but how the Management responds do matter especially in the hospitality industry... I left the Hotel as a dissatisfied guest and I am sure it would not have mattered to the Hotel anyways... I am not returning to this Hotel though and would look for a better hotel (many in Kandy) for my next stay.

We had a corner room so the view across Kandy was very good. The drive to the hotel was an experience, typical narrow streets in a hilly town. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Amazing views. Nice rooftop restaurant and bar.

A bit expensive for the city. Two buildings down you can find a similar hotel for less than half the price. Same amazing views.

Very nice view. They greeted us with a drink and a flower. The breakfast was very good, the rooms very nice, large and clean.

We had a room right underneath the rooftop bar. I could hear the music and the chairs until 11pm which was not very comfortable. Would recommend asking for a quiet room.

The room is fine, and the View is as good as any hotel in Kandy

The place is located on the hill, overlooking kandy with a great view, They have the main restaurant as well as the pool with an incredible view.The food was great and the buffet was nice.

Tv was kind of out dated .The shades didn't close all the way through.Some construction work is being done in the area so it is a little noisy.Other than that amazing.

The scenery to view Kandy area. The pool is nice but wish it is bigger. The picture shows different and it turned out to be smaller. We had a great time.

The menu is excellent and love it. The staff are very helpful and kind.

Lovely hotel, beautiful view and staff very friendly.

Travelling with a friend so had requested a twin room, which they didn’t acknowledge when checking in, they gave us a different room with a bed to share. Not the end of the world but they framed it as an “upgrade”. We were also travelling on the train from Kandy to Ella very early so I asked if we could pay for some bread or small pastry to bring with us, as we only had ten mins so no time to sit down. They asked me to pay the full price for a continental breakfast in order to take anything away in our bag. Again not a big deal but since it’s a nice hotel I’d have hoped they’d just charge me the price of the bread/pastry and not a full breakfast that we couldn’t eat.
