Location, cleanliness and service
Staff was kind and nice, room was ok,simple but not bad, passable, but the bathroom was the dirtiest of all I have seen in sri lanka. Thick mold on shower curtain, water from tap basin flow to the shower and the smell was terrible. The pillow also had some old bad smell.
Bathroom was so terribly dirty and moldy, just disgusting.pillow and materasse had greasy old smell, definitely need to change those to a new one. and the bathroom need a normal plumbing and the changing of the mirror and shower curtain
Clean room, everything was functioning (wifi, hot water). Soap, shampoo, etc. provided. We got early check-in. Responsive staff. Very good bar "Machan" next door.
Far from center, not close from temples and botanic garden. TV was not working (not important for me)
Location and space
Attitude of admin staff including manager
location of the place was good. We could reach many places easily. The road is also OK.
The person at the front desk needs to improve the ethics in dealing with guests and communication skills. He asked some questions calling me "YOU". (I guess he wanted to show friendliness by asking something). When I come out of the room in the morning the living area was full of cigarette smoke. Did not receive any greeting when I reach the front desk to settle the bill in the morning. The bathroom was disappointingly untidy. The drain of the sink was from the floor of the bathing area. (I stayed in room no 119)
Location wad closer to most places. We got 2 befrooms combibed to one with 4 beds including for kids. That was great. Very spacious. The person at the service center was really great and very helpful. Thank You for the great service.
The room lighting was so dull. They are not bright enough to stsy long inside the room. The restroom was the only thing i didnt like. The bath tub was horrible and not in a position to use. If so, it should be removed. Other than that, everything else were decent and clean for the price.
It’s is value for money and near to Gatabe temple
I loved the cleanliness
Had to use tap water to drink
