Silent and beautiful view ??

Communication errors among staff members and His owner ...i think owner not responsible their customers

The location was good and the view was beautiful. Luckily they had hot water

The food was bad, we ordered one and got something else even that wasn't tasty,it was cold too. Wifi wasn't working

After a very long journey to get to the hotel I was told they didn't have a booking for me and no spare rooms available despite me having a confirmation of the booking

Reasonable for the money I spent. Nice view from the balcony.

the road to access the hotel is not good

Meals were timely provided and they were fairly good. staff was very caring. location was eye catching and calm and quiet surroundings. A swimmimg pool is available

the road to access the place was the worst thing, and staff should be made rich in number. the building needs to be renovated

When we arrived here, They told that "Booking is not ok..and you have to take a manual booking." And we had to pay more than price given on booking.com.They are little bit cheating.

The staff are helpful and friendly

The road to the hotel needs to be repaired. Bed linnen is dirty with stains. Lots of ants in bathroom. Not recommended although very cheap

Breakfast price was a little high

The views are extraordinary and the food was delicious! Also the manager spoke brilliant English so advised us in a tour which was a great find.

The drive way was very tough, the rooms needed bug nets ideally and unfortunately the ants had got in to the tiling in the bathroom which was a bit grim. However, the room was clean and it had what we needed.

Amazing place, the manager changed few month ago and he and his brother are the sweetest they take so good café of us, so helpfull and explaining everything about Sri Lanka

They tried to charge extra money top of the room rate what we booked in booking.com . It was not mention in the booking and they tried to add more amount .

No power after 6 Oman’s so difficult to go out,no generator in the hotel And no any entertainment and lotsSo I don’t recommended to any one never ever

Great friendly and helpful staff, totally unique location in the jungle not far from Kandy, beautiful view from room, nice swimming pool (different depth for children even jumping into the water), tasty meal. Nice trips around. We stayed one night more.
