The staff is not good. Mosquitoes all over no repellent. Drains are clogged. The property is not maintained . Ants and insects all over

The pool was splendid The place felt very cosy and calming and the staff was very friendly The food was also very nice and tasty.it is a good place for relaxing and I did not expect there will be hot water but surprisingly that was also available.??

The way to villa road is a bit small and cannot cross 2 vehicles at the same time, but overall everything is best, ☺️

The river view was good, and I appreciated the well-arranged three-bedroom apartment with convenient facilities like an electric kettle, microwave oven, pantry top with a sink, large table, refrigerator, and a comfortable sofa. The place was clean, the air conditioning worked well, hot water was available, and the bathrooms and linens were tidy. The parking area was also spacious and well-maintained.

We originally booked two deluxe family rooms, but when we inquired upon arrival, we were told that those rooms were unavailable and the only option they could provide was a three-bedroom apartment. Fortunately, the apartment was spacious, clean, and exclusive to us, so it worked out fine. However, there were a few cleanliness issues—the dustbin hadn’t been emptied, and the fridge contained used water bottles from previous guests. The dinner we ordered was just average and didn’t feel worth the price. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. When we arrived, there were no items available, and only after a few minutes did they start bringing out food, which turned out to have very limited variety. I’d rate the food 6/10. The worst part of the stay was a sudden water leak from the ceiling in one of the rooms, which flooded the floor. Though we were about to check out, it created quite a mess. When we reported the issue, the staff had already tried to clean it (which only made things worse) before informing the owner, who then responded rather rudely, asking why we hadn’t contacted them earlier. It seemed like a clear miscommunication on their end. Since we were already preparing to leave, we didn’t request a room change or want to escalate things, we simply paid the bill and left.

Hotel Staff was unfroffessional and there no hospitalitty for guest. Even no one help or didn't asked from us to carring our bagas to Room and Out.

The staff was not helpful and there was no hot water in the bathroom, as it depended on solar power. The entrance road was poor, service was bad, and they only accepted cash, adding a 3% fee for card payments.

Excellent location and room was pretty decent

Severely understaffed. No hot water is available. Bedsheets were a bit coloured. Overall accommodation has a great potential to be very exceptional property if they can focus on improving their operations, mainly hiring more staff

The property is not maintained well, it’s very dirty. The bathroom stinks, and the size is very small with no clothes hanger inside. Poor wifi, AC was not making the room cold. Beds very hard and dirty. Towels were smelly. We did not get room service at all despite being there for two nights with 5 adults. There were lizards all around the property and kitchen. Food served was horrible in taste and badly served The staff and the owner were extremely rude and uncooperative when we complained. Location is not very great the access road is very inconvenient.

Very comfortable stay with clean rooms good air conditioning. Hosts were very friendly. Had a lovely stay here. A great place to stay with a group of friends.

It’s does not have 3 stars facility. Rooms are pretty basics. No TV hair dryer or cupboards in the room as described.

It was clean and spotless , although there were some little ants in the bathroom but it was no problem at all, it had a good view of the river on the balcony, a good swimming pool, the staff was good, and they brought us breakfast 2 hours before the usual timing because we should go out early. The breakfast was ok although the variety was low. The location was beautiful. Totally l recommend this place

The manager wasn't at here office most of the time. There was ok and we could find him anyway. There was a Steep slope in the entrance of hotel but that wasn't also a big deal to us

1. The room was not ready even we arrived at the hotel passed check-in time.2. Lack of room amenities (three pax in a room: one body wash and one shampoo).3. We had very disturbing night (02nd night) from the adjoining room/s.

Focus only on foreign guests and locals ara not treated at all. Even the booked room has been changed and rocommend locals refrain for going

The pool, lovely food, great bird spotting location over the river and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

A bit far of town but a Tuk Tuk will run you in for 600LKR.The shower was cold
