    Pros +

    • The set up the room was excellent. An efficient compact kitchenette, table and chairs. Plus a large bed and bathroom. The location was great for visiting old blois, close to train station. Everything was very clean. All staff very helpful.
    • great location. We thouhgt we would hav eto pay for parking, but it turned ou there was street parking on the back side of the hotel, fro free, and there were usually available spaces
    • The staff was friendly and also very understanding when we had to check in a day late (our train was delayed due to protests). The amenities in the room were awesome — a hot water heater for tea, a microwave, a stove, plates, silverware, a mini fridge. We stayed at six different hotels in France and this one was my favorite. It’s also in a great location, just about a 6-minute walk from the train station.

    Cons -

    • The motion sensor switch of hallway lights did not work properly.
    • They charge me 1.50 euroes for a cup of coffee On this trip I stayed in another Apart hotel, which provided 24-hour self serve coffe in the lobby at no extra cost.
    • The pillow options were a nightmare and a real Goldilocks situation. There were two sizes: one too small so my head wouldn’t fit on it properly and one way too large so my neck hurt every morning. Not sure why they couldn’t provide a normal-sized pillow. Also, there was a giant water heater (?) built into the wall right over the toilet that I smacked my head on while tired and not paying attention. Those are minor gripes though considering everything else.

We picked this hotel for the location and price. We enjoyed the breakfast and were able to do our laundry!

The hallway was pitch dark and motion activated. I love the idea of conserving electricity but it was kind of creepy.

very comfortable room with kitchen facility.nearby supermarket and walking distance to old town.

beware the office hours, but with information while check in it's not a problem.

It's my second time to this hotel, excellent experience with check-in, helpful and good service, very clean room, good location next to the train station for easy access to the Loire's castles.

The 3rd bed was a click clack bed , it was confortable but it would be even better if it was a normal bed.

Excellent location in a quiet street just minutes walk from the castle. The room was clean, bright and airy, and the bed was comfortable.

The water pressure in the shower was quite low, so it took me longer to shower than I wanted (I understood that the pressure was reduced to save water, but I actually think this uses more water because it takes longer to wash off the soap). Also, the breakfast was lovely but I would have liked some more healthy options to choose from.

Very convenient hotel close to the train station and central Blois. Much cheaper than all the other places in Blois. Had a small kitchen and utensils which was great for saving money on food. Very quiet at night.

Large but fairly basic room with no frills. We thought it might have been a former student Halls of Residence.

The location was well situated and walkable to the town centre which was great also the castle is super close as well as the main river which was lovely to spend time around

The only annoying this was parking as we couldn't always get a space out the front and had to park round the corner on occassion and it would be nice not to have to do that when you have luggage

There was little to like about this place

Just one pillow we had to ask for more. No hot water and not an easy place to find. there seemed to be a lack of care there !

On a cycling holiday the apart city hotel is really good you have your own space and you can really relax after a long day's cycle

Location of the property was great, a short walk from the train station. The room was clean and good size with a good bathroom. Only one night stay but had everything we needed for 3 people.

    Happy with everything

The reception staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making my stay enjoyable.

    All good

Cleanliness.Helpful staff- our arrival was delayed - due to Stena Ferry- and staff communicated with us re leaving keys after closing time.Breakfast was good.

Low level noise from pump/aircon. All night long.

Fortunately we could open a window so were able to get fresh air. Our microwave was powerful. We had an electric jug and mugs. It was much easier to leave the car parking than to enter.

The parking was extremely cramped and when we asked if it was possible to move to another we were told there were no other places available. Several other people who arrived at the same time were not impressed with the parking either. The light in the area seemed not to be on a motion sensor and after about 2 minutes the light switch had to be hit again. The building lift stopped at the reception area and to get to the parking floor was down 16 winding steps. We had a fan to cool the room but it would only point to the ceiling. We had 4 towels but only one hook.
