Hotel Anne De Bretagne BLOIS

Lovely hotel in a good central location. Comfortable room and an excellent breakfast in a very pleasant breakfast room.

There was no lift in the hotle and so could be an issue for travellers with a lot of baggage or with mobility issues.

What a marvelous hotel!! Rooms are small (by U.S. standards) but very modern and beautifully outfitted. Bed very comfortable. Walking distance to Blois town center and the Chateau Blois.Petit dejourner was fabulous as well!

Nothing not to like

Hotel Ann is about as good as it gets for an independent and authentic hotel. Loved the room, bed, location and staff. The breakfast was exceptional, definitely designed to fuel a day of cycling. Anytime we stay in Blois it's the Hotel Ann for us.

It had a very nice atmosphere with the vines growing on the side but also a clean modern vibe. The food was very good, you could even boil your own eggs!

Not much, there was no air conditioning and I was pretty hot, so I think the rooms could benefit from AC installation.

The location was excellent, able to walk to restaurants, shops & Chateau.

No elevator made it difficult to get luggage up to the 3rd floor. Staff did help but still had to climb stairs everytime we left the room. Room was nice but small.

The location was great - very close to the train station and easy to get to the sites we wanted to see.

Would be great if there was an elevator and better AC.

Excellent location right by the chateau and the ability to park outside is a bonus. The produce at breakfast was very good.

Very nice hotel, walking distance to the city center and Chateau Blois. Nice staff and great breakfast! Located in a free parking square with additional paid parking on the avenue across the square. Spacious and comfortable room with a view!

The breakfast was top notch! The front desk was particularly helpful with maps and such.

The third floor room was very hot.

Staff were helpful in recommending nearby restaurants .

Room was a tad smaller , for the money , than others we'd booked for our self-guided bike tour thru the area .

The room, while not very spacious, was comfortable and cozy. The breakfast, both in terms of the food quality and the setting where it was served, was truly enjoyable.

The room, location and breakfast were all excellent and the staff were friendly.

I wish we could have made a cup of tea in our room.

The location of the hotel is excellent, although the area is rather hilly: it wouldn't have been really suitable for those with impaired mobility. Free parking directly outside was a bonus.

As usual, the towels could have been bigger/better quality.

Nice young girl on reception.

Didn't think it was very clean. Toilet had water stains that could have been removed simply with a drop of bleach. Thought it was overpriced for what it was.
