Pros +
- Parking available, dinner served, friendly staff.
- Rooms are not big, but clean and well-equipped, with light switches in convenient places and a work surface for writing or eating. Breakfast buffet varied and fresh. Dinners served in the hotel are simple but nourishing and well-presented, and local wines are available. There is a coffee machine in the lounge for guests to use whenever they want. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is a couple of hundred metres from the railway station so very convenient for trains.
- Convenient, and with secure parking.
Cons -
- No complaints.
- One member of staff was rather unhelpful when we made a request.
- The weather. The room was chilly for me, having said that I asked the hotel to help out, they gave me a blanket and my room heated up. It could be that the room was cold because it had been unoccupied before I came? anyway the hotel resolved the issue.

The staff were excellent, I had the impression they sincerely did their utmost at all times to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay.the breakfast was very good, I particularly loved the fresh fruit, and yoghurt. Also the dried the fruit. I appreciated the coffee on tap available all day long in the very pleasant common area.

Arriving by train, the hotel was well located. It was clean, well organised with a good breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful
The shower/bathroom is an integral part of the bedroom
Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast, with gluten-free options, with a view on the street. Clean and comfortable room. Nicely decorated, room and the whole hotel as well. Parking available. Good location, with a view from a window.
Dusty surface in the underground garage (not a standard floor).
Staff couldn’t be more helpful friendly and kind. Jean-Christophe was excellent!
Shame restaurant was shut on a Friday night
Breakfast was very good as was dinner
The room was small
The bed is comfortable.
The fan doesn’t work. WiFi signal is not good.
Service reception, parking our bicycles, parking our car.
Small room
It was quiet. The bed was really comfortable and I slept well.
Having to go to the dining room for drinks instead of the facility in the room. Despite that, there was a better variety and quality of drinks.
Staff, rooms and breakfast
Good location, a good breakfast - not the widest range, but i can't complain, i had enough to eat and it was fresh. The room was clean, bed very comfortable - a big plus is the window cover - you make pitch black in the room, the bathroom is quite big and you also have hair dryer.
The room was a bit to small, no closet, or anything.. just a cubicle that has a hanger below, and the table had just one chair (even if it's a 2 person room). Would be very nice at least some glasses, beside the ones from bathroom... or at least i haven't found any in the room. The room i had was near elevator, so i heard every person that came or left the floor. Since is not the cheapest hotel, it would be nice at least to have free parking (8 dollars/day). It is not bad, but given the name and the "prestige" of the hotel, i would've expect more.
The hotel was well located. The rooms were very clean and cosy. Although we were on the main road, it was very quiet and could not hear the noise from the traffic. We loved the lobby with lots of activities. The breakfast was lovely as well. Parking was a bonus.
Everthing apart from the garage staff were great
The garage is underground and and very tight for a large car after 5 minutes tring to park all the lights switch off leaving you in total darkness carrying your bags rubbish idea
Location was close to city
Rooms were very small for a very high price. Rooms didn’t had place to put you bags to open. Wardrobe lacks basic functionality such as door. They had only one trashcan.
Friendly welcome, allowed dogs, bright, clean room and breakfast area / bar area large and accommodating and good for small children.
Location was a bit murky - near the railway station and a few homeless hanging around the supermarket next door. Didn't both me but might bother others.
Very helpful staff and very clean bed linen. These are all positive qualities of the hotel
Around the hotel in a radius of one kilometre I did not find any restaurants, cafes, bistros in which to dine. Room size: 13 sqm, of which 4 sqm. - shower and toilet. This leaves 9 sqm for 2 people, very cramped. I think this is a single person room with 2 beds installed, because 4.5 sqm for one person is an unacceptable area to live inThere are no bedside tables, instead there are some plastic structures. The beds are super bad, absolutely not suitable for a 3* hotel. In general, my room was like in a 2* hotel.
Suite was a good size for our family of four and having AC was nice during the heat wave. Included breakfast was great and definitely was above our expectations with vienoiseries, different types of breads and brioches, local jams, etc.
We were assigned a family room which was larger than our original booking for a double room. The breakfast was good with delicious bread and fresh fruits. The bed was very comfortable to give us a good sleep. The bathroom was good.
The cleaning crew didn’t take note of the no disturbance notice hanging on the door. They still came in to tidy up the place. On our check out morning, they even showed up without knocking the door…. It was such a surprise visit that we didn’t feel comfortable.
