Room nice and clean, breakfast good. Tea and coffee in room would be nice though,

BREAKFAST SELECTION IS ABUNDANT AND THE STAFF IS VERY NICE

THE LOCATION IS QUITE UNCONVENIENT, THE RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAY, SO YOU NEED TO REACH THE CITY CENTER; ALSO THE ROAD TO REACH IT IS NOT CONVENIENT FOR PEDESTRIANS AND EVEN GOOGLE MAPS GETS LOST AROUND THERE; BOOKING.COM DIDN'T INCLUDE BREAKFAST IN THE RESEVATION, SO IT TURND OUT AS AN EXTRACOST FOR ME.

It was a very easy place to find and was well signposted on the outskirts of Blois. It was a little too far from which to explore the city but we did not expect to have time anyway.The optional supper was very good as was the tv channel selection.Parking was excellent.See below for décor and space usage.

Our welcome and check-in were very poor as the member of staff on duty seemed curt and surprisingly unfriendly for a person on duty in that role. She also briefly helped to prepare the supper table, in a clumsy manner. I must say the other two staff were VERY friendly and helpful by comparison. I I appreciate IBIS's policy on room design and so on; we found the room very cramped and actually smaller than the IBIS BUDGET room we used the previous week. I would not wish to spend more than one night in such confined space. NB - The décor and security were very good however. I mentioned the cramped space to the manager next day.

Location good between city and autoroute. A warm welcome and attentive staff. Secure parking. Breakfast selection ok.

Bathrooms are too small possibly consider revised layout when next renovating, Bedroom also compact. Compared to other similarly priced hotels beds not very comfortable (for half of party)

Friend, clean, great food.

Rooms were supposed to be adjoining as traveling with children but they weren't.

The restaurant was closed on one of the nights we were there and there were only two plug sockets in our room. The room was hot due to the heatwave and during the night the air con kept switching itself off.

Disappointing

Stoped her last minute on a trip further down France, we didn’t arrive till 8pm, just wanted a bed for the evening, on entering I waited ages for anyone to attend reception. When they did she tried to charge me more than advertised on the website, for a few hours sleep, absolutely flabbergasted. Due to 15h travel we were shattered so went to the e car and booked. It on website CHEAPER than quoted. Place need full renovation, tired, dated, dark, claustrophobic . Definitely would not stay again.

Small room (couldn’t almost open a large suitcase) and bathroom, and a little old (even if it was clean)

Disappointing

We booked this hotel because it had a restaurant that was open on a Sunday evening, so it was disappointing to be told when we arrived that we couldn't eat until after 9pm because there was a large party booked in. It would have been helpful to tell us before arrival. Very poor communication.

Friendly, helpful staff, restaurant ok and open unlike most I checked before booking. Quiet room and a good breakfast.

Heating in the room was weak, even on full it only just started to warm the room up, also heating in the restaurant didn't appear to be working.

Good location for motorway access. Free parking in hotel grounds. Spacious reception and dining area. Only a short drive to old town centre. Nice evening meal after a long day's drive on day of arrival. Helpful staff. Good base for exploring Blois, Chambord area.

Guys, really. I like very much Ibis chain hotels. If we stay somewhere, we always consider hotels of this chain first. This time we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. This is the first time we had such experience with Ibis. Especially bathroom and floor((( also, it was no sockets in the room to charge devices. Needless to say, how important nowadays to be able to charge phones/computers etc etc etc.

During July 14, our car needed repair and it was a holiday, the mgr and clerk found us a repair shop close, and we were exceptionally grateful! So happy, Hotel and room kept so clean

To expensive for what is it

Bedroom was really small, the rooms was not clean (had huge amount of cotton balls in the corners). Not good quality for the price. The staff doesn’t speak English, was rude and refused to give me an invoice

conveniently located close to the motorway. 24h desk, so late check in is possible.

perfect stop over on way back to the UK - reception staff were friendly & helpful - great night sleep !

Nice food in restaurant for evening meal. Lovely breakfast - lots of choice and generous.Friendly staff, ample parking, quiet location.

Bathroom / toilet VERY “snug”! Dated decor.
