Convenient location to train station nice breakfast

No ice available and no English speaking TV station

Breakfast was really excellent and the server was lovely. Our room and bathroom was lovely. We had a problem with our room door and the staff was really helpful. Location was great and we had parking just outside the hotel.

lift is a bit slow so I would stay on a lower floor. Initially had trouble finding hotel

The room is spacious and clean.The facility is quite convenient except for the lack of a standard passenger elevator. Paid parking in a reasonable price was easy to find around the hotel block.The boulangerie next door is awesome!

Location was good for the train station. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The description said there was air conditioning. There was a control panel but it was only had the option of high or low fan. The night was cool, but keeping the window open was very loud and not a good option.

I really enjoyed my room with a tv with all the programs, and the shower gels were extra nice. the best thing : I had an amazing breakfast! full of so many wonders and delicacies, and cheese and jam. And a great spot, 10 min max to the center. All is clean, the staff is nice, and it was very quiet.

Very good location. Room was basic but had everything you need - shower with a good water pressure, kettle for tea/ coffee, comfortable bed.

Rooms are not at all soundproof and I could hear the screaming baby next door all night. A fire alarm went on at 8am and woke me up (there was no fire). The staff would not let me wait for my train in the hotel after check-out and recommended the bar in the station, which I found odd and unprofessional.

My credit card was charged €381 with international transaction fee when booking via Booking.com on 29 April 2024, but hotel staff said they did not receive the payment and asked me to pay again. They should contact Booking.com to find out what had happened. I’ll need to lodge a dispute for its double charges with my bank after I return to Australia.

Location excellent, next to train station. Breakfast good and could stay in the room as long as wanted to.

Hot water took a long time to come through. Unfortunately the hotel could only look after baggage until 12 noon the next day, so baggage had to be collected and then carried into the town centre and back to the train station.

the shower: the bathroom was recently renovated, but they decided to install a shower without curtains or glass shields, water everywhere in the bathroom after taking a shower

Location was good. Easy access to the Chateau and town.

No parking. Not easy to get bags from the car to the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent. Everything was fresh with a great variety of breads and pastries, meats and cheeses, juices, yogurt and even dried fruits and nuts, and bacon and eggs scrambled or boiled. Coffee was very good,The sweet lady that oversees the service is very solicitous and helpful.

The building is quite old like the town of Blois itself so it has an odd plan in places and narrow corridors, but they made the best with nice finishes and modern lighting, Bathrooms were completely modern and well equipped.

The hotel is located in front of the Blois train station and it is within reasonable walking distance of the center (unless you are old, as the town’s slopes are quite steep). The staff was very helpful and the room overall was clean and comfortable.

- No elevators to get to your room- Impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom

this is an amazing castle being restored the small town is quant but very remote and not a lot to do super relaxing and a beautiful countryside , Fabrice the owner who is restoring the castle is an absolute gem, could not be more accommodating or nice , would definitely stay again if in the area

the entire castle is under renovation except for the rental room and a few main rooms so was a little off putting at first but over all was a great experience

It was convenient for anyone using the trains and had a few local restaurants. Best placed for a boulangerie right outside the door.

The shower door needs some maintenance on the seal at the bottom and was prone to flooding the bathroom. The tiled floor was very slippery when it was wet.It was a little further away from the town centre than we had planned.

The actual stay was fine and the staff was kind, it was afterwards that I encountered problems

I was double charged for the room as a "deposit" on the 6th and only just received my refund after being lied to by the staff when I went in and called and emailed every day the money was missing, saying "they were sending it now and it would be with me within 20 minutes" then being told they had no idea what I was talking about when I rang back asking about it about 2 hours later. I had no money due to this for about a week, and only just managed to make my food last before the money finally came back, it was a very stressful week and I'm incredibly unhappy and honestly am not happy I even paid £130 never mind the additional £130 that I was overcharged.

Breakfast minimal. Lots of stairs to our room. Train noise.

Hotel is very quiet and comfortable.

It is not so convenience for senior customers (like us) to walk stairs everyday to our room.

We couldn't find the receptionist as he didn't answer the phone - left in the reception.Unfortunately, if you wanted to eat breakfast with the choice of food , you need to be the first. As we arrived after 8.30 some products were missing and nobody replace empty plates. The coffee machine was broken down

Nothing special it’s only a « motel ».

An unpleasant mildew smell…the carpet needs some cleaning: dusty and even under the bed. the shower was yellowish. No water available for guests. A small bottle of 33cl was left on our second day of stay.
