Most of the power outlet loose. No hot water supply from the shower.

Nothing impressive.

1..The water heater for both rooms were out of order, hence no hot water to shower n the lighting in the room were not bright (dim) so it was difficult to locate the switch for the aircon. There were not enough toiletries for 2 person!

The staff are friendly and allowed us a late check out. Stayed here many times, sometimes they allow early check in too. The hotel is attached to a shopping mall and it's easy to find food.

Breakfast is limited. The hotel is old, so there aren't any USB ports for charging and the air con is a bit hard to control. The bathroom really needs a facelift and they should get rid of the bath tub because it's too high to climb into.

The entertainment,WiFi in my room was very bad, poor service, the TV is still using old TV, breakfast also not many choice and one thing is when going to check in hotel,the counter staff seem those not like helping when we went to make a last minute change the, although I make a booking 2 room for family to have a beside my room but they give me a different floor. I already make negotiations but fail to make what I want at the end. But still I like to stay again in the future time,

The location

The facilities (bed,TV,bathroom) are old and not really clean.

The room was clean, spacious and functional

Some of the things didn’t work, like hot water, but to be fair to them I never mentioned it

Lack of room entertainment especially poor and less tv channels..

The location waa superb. The bed very comfortable.

1. Can improve on cleanliness - bedsheet and shower curtain has some stain, floor got some hair2. Facilities very outdated. With that price, you should be able go update some furniture.

Purnama Hotel always been and has been my family choice when visiting Limbang, before Covid-19 and current. Lots of shops and foods. Of course, after covid-19, there's lots happening so don't expect paying less for having Ferrari. The room rate very AFFORABLE (murah dan berbaloi), and the furniture are OLD_SCHOOL. We okay with it, because there's lots of space in The family Room. In Shaa Allah, we coming staying here again!! STAY STRONG PURNAMA HOTEL, LOVE FROM KOTA KINABALU!!By the way, our breakfast are simple and Alhamdullilah kenyang bah. Jangan cerewet kau sana. Jangan bertrip2 tinggal di Four Season tapi bayar Budget. Jangan kasih malu , kawan!! Hahahahaha

There's nothing i hate about Purnama Hotel. Please keep the good job, and make this hotel livelier again. I don't mind Old furniture, as long as there's water and electricity. and functional aircond.

The hotel location was good

Very disappointing stay-The rooms are run down and badly needs a full renovation-The hot shower/water was not available or not hot enough-The mattress was old and too soft-The aircon was not cold and the control buttons for the aircon does not work-The fittings inside the shower room are falling apart

Location just nice. at the centre of the town

room is not clean. Toilet is unpleasant smell. Not clean. Aircond is not working. it started to make noise after 2 hrs switched on. at 12 pm it STOPPED COMPLETely. The carpet is smelly. SORRY I HAVE TO BE HONEST.

Staff very helpful & friendly esp.reception..room was spacious & clean. The bed was spacious.

Some cockroaches in the room. Wall plug mostly not working.

Location was great and easily accessible.

More parking space, the toilet seems to have some difficulty to be flushed and proper drainage should be fixed for the shower.

Great location, friendly staff, spacious & well equipped room, Good breakfast.

We had Sahur due to Ramadhan, it was good - the food was okay - no complaints, grateful for being able to have provisions for us Muslims. Thank you.

The rooms we had were on the third floor as we requested to have our two rooms together - the room is a bit outdated, probably due to it being one of the two hotels in Limbang - major renovations to do to be more comfortable but we were able to make do. We didn't get toothbrush or toothpaste, and the towels were cleaned but not white - there were stains. TV is still old school - not LED and didn't really work. WIFI didn't work when we tried to login.However, staff were very helpful so I'm grateful for this. By 9am the town was silent. Shops were also closed in the complex by 9.
