Contact Hôtel De Troyes 5 mn centre ville avec parking privé

We arrived after check-in. The staff sent me a message explaining how to get my key, which made self check-in a breeze. In addition, the bed was great, the facilities clean and the breakfast delicious! The dog stayed for €5 extra and the parking was locked for extra safety (€4 p night). Very satisfied!

Everything was great.

Clean, well equipped, comfortable bed with side tables and plugs, nicely decorated, excellent breakfast (just make sure you don't arrive at the same time as everybody else), knowledgeable and attentive staff, reasonnably priced gated parking even in the high season.

EV charging is possible, but fixed at €20 even if you only wnat to top up your battery for €5.

The room was clean and recently renovated, it seems. I liked the style.Breakfast was unexpectedly big and tasty! Even my little picky eaters were satisfied.

Fittings in the shower cabin got a bit loose. Also the shutters were too heavy for me to operate.

Lovely hotel week kept just 10 mins drive from centre of Troyes.Secure parking.Pet friendly

Nice spacious room near centre! Special parking place and very customerfriendly staff.

Was a pity that the heating was on and we could not switch it off.

Clean and tidy rooms and a generous breakfast offer.

The bedroom had 1 bath towel for 2 people. The shower head in bedroom needs to be replaced.

Great location, clean and comfortable with secure parking. Very helpful staff

Great location with secure parking. Warms me comfortable with a great breakfast. We were very well looked after here and are looking forward to staying again on our return trip.

Cleanness, comfort and enough room area.

No hot water boiler in public area

Secure parking at hotel about a mile from centre of town so better to drive to restuarants and park on edge of town. Very good value and town has lots of restaurants in old town

Secure car parking, friendly staff , good overnight stop

simple, clean, easy to find, helpful staff, secure parking

walls a bit thin!

Cozy hotel in Troyes, very comfortable rooms and available staff. Provate parking secured.

Nothing to report

The hotel was easy to find, parking space was good, the room was cosy with comfortable bed. The location is fairly quiet & easy to get to the city centre. I would recommend this hotel & will use it again if I go to Troyes.

Everything was good for an overnight stay.

Secure parking and close to Troyes and comfortable

Breakfast

Beautiful property and very secure carpark x

The room got very hot in the evening and sadly no fan . I woke up around 4am boiling hot . Maybe I could of asked at reception but as it was so early in the morning I didn’t want to bother anyone , But maybe a fan left in the room would help in future . But we would definitely stay again

The staff were friendly and helpful and made us welcome. They recommended some local restaurants. We were impressed with the locked gate in the car park at Night.

The roof beam in our room was an awkward height but otherwise the room was comfortable.

Good room and en suite, clean, breakfast was very good especially the hot boiled eggs and staff were very friendly and polite.

Was acceptable for one night, but a distance from decent restaurants.

The very noisy rooms. No soundproofing. People hanging around outside smoking.Couldn’t get into our rooms despite messaging hotel in advance.

Convenient location just outside Troyes for overnight stop. Staff friendly. Secure parking for small charge & good breakfast for reasonable charge.

Nothing to particularly dislike. Tea & coffee facility in the room would be good. I think you could make something downstairs but we had a late arrival so didn’t investigate.
