Very good location but finally expensive for the service it provides

Charged extra significantly for late check in at exactly 9pm which is normally the max deadline. Poor wifi that does not function with VPN. No stairs but that is normal for city center building

The location was good for accessing the city and it had parking for a fee.The room was fairly basic and a bit small but clean. The bathroom was clean and up to date.Breakfast was decent but a bit pricey for the selection provided.

Upon checkin, we asked if we could leave our car for a few hours the next day while we visited a musuem. They would but it would have been around 14 euros for the time we would need. There was plenty of space in the lot and several of the other places we stayed had no problem with it.

Very close to the nice old part of Troyes. Clean and extremely good value for money.

Check-in late (after 9 pm) is tricky as you need to call before to arrange for someone to be there. You also need to be aware that it closes between 12 and 2 pm, e.g., if you left luggage to be collected.

Nice accommodation in a great location, breakfast was good, bed very comfortable, clean linen and towels, good hot shower, full length mirror, sockets near bed, reading lights and blackout curtains.

Parking was an additional cost so was breakfast, and there were no coffee facilities in the room, although coffee could be purchased. The bed was rather small, reception was closed during lunch for two hours and from 9 pm.

It was clean, air conditioning worked well, excellent location, parking available. Even though the beds were small, they were comfortable.

It was small, so it was difficult to unpack. Carrying a heavy suitcase up two flights of narrow steps. I know that you cannot install an elevator. I just want others to be prepared.

The location in the center with gated parking is wonderfull. The rooms are simple but very nice, with good airconditioning.

The beds are small in length and width. The rooms are quite noisy.

A nice welcome at the front desk! We were given a great map of Troyes that included a walking tour and sites that were interesting to see. The front desk person gave us good instructions how to get to the inner town our room was comfortable. It was very easy to come back back-and-forth because it was so close to the town. Breakfast was nice, and we were helped by Jeremy. The bed was comfortable with good linens. The shower worked great!

The stay was all very good!

Location was excellent - not in the center but a very short walk to all sites. The rooms had air conditioning which was a bonus as the weekend we were there it got quite warm. Not all hotels have A/C.

The staff was amazing and courtius, they took care of all of our needs especially stying up very late for our extreme late check in making sure myself and my pregnant wife and baby had a great place to spend the night, thank you very much for everything. You guys are truly amazing.

Secure parking at rear, we booked a garage for the motorbikes. 5 min walk to centre.

No lift and small staircase. Beds not comfy.

Perfect room for a stop over on our trip through France. Comfortable double bed, nice shower. Very friendly staff.

Very thin walls and very loud old wooden stairs unfortunately, could hear every person walking on the stairs. Nevertheless room is perfect for one night on a drive by :)

The hotel was easy to find (arrived by car). I had booked parking beforehand (9 euros). The people on reception were very friendly. We had a family room which were two adjoining rooms with a bathroom - very useful instead of having to book two separate rooms. The hotel is very central - it only took about 5 mins to walk to the centre where there are lots of restaurants.

Nothing to dislike, excellent value for the money and right in the centre with parking.

Location and parking

Parking was described as secure, but the pedestrian gate had no lock so anyone could have walked into the car park. As the car exit gate opened as the car approached from inside the property it meant it was not actually fully secure. Maybe this is a temporary situation but think it should be addressed if described as secure.
