Best Western Premier Hotel de la Poste & Spa

Large room, very suitable for 3+ persons. Loved the atmosphere of the hotelGood+ breakfastCould have spent more time, including trying the SPA... for next time, for sure!

Not much.... For a Best Western, it was a great experience

Good private parking, quick check in (thank you for letting us get our room earlier), excellent location, comfortable room.

The overall charm cannot be understated. Patisserie directly across street. Dining of your choice within 2-5 minutes. The staff is simply 'outstanding', even when it was our fault the A/C didn't turn on. You learn as you go. Want staff to know how much we both appreciated them.

Luxurious room with fantastic bed and superb bathroom. Didn't use the Spa facilities on this stay but have used them before on previous trips and they are fantastic also. Perfectly located hotel for accessing Troyes town centre and all of the amenities.

Great location , the family room was generously sized and the hotel offers a great breakfast.The guy serving breakfast was very helpful and polite. We parked in the cathedral carpark which is safe , well lit - it’s about 150 m from the hotel and was 10 euros for the night

The family suite is on the top floor up a narrow flight of stairs I was concerned if a fire broke out we’d be trapped as there wasn’t another exit route. The tv in the main bedroom didn’t work. We could t get the a/c to turn on. That wasn’t a big problem as it was a cool night. The shower is cubicle is very small, the height is compromised as it is placed under a sloping roof.Reception guy was fluent in English and polite once you distracted him from his phone. Although he didn’t seem too bothered when I raised the a/c with him and told me that the main tv wasn’t set up for watching but the other tv in the suite did work .i wasn’t impressed as we had paid close to 400 euros for the room.

Air conditioning.... It was very warm when we stayed. Service was excellent and the Spa was good. We enjoyed our stay.

Nothing to dislike

Location in the middle of the city. Parking available nearby (must book). Breakfast was good. Bed very comfortable.

Not sure if there was a gym above us, but the room above us made a lot of noise. Luckily it stopped around 10 pm.

It was adequate for the night, looks like they’ve done quite a bit to update. It is convenient to their city center which is the highlight of Troyes

I feel their image on site does not properly represent the hotel, somewhat misleading

Great location, comfortable beds, nice staff.

Lovely, stylish hotel in the heart of Troyes. The small free spa is great for relaxing, and we were pleasantly upgraded to a suite for one of our room.

The other standard room was nothing remarkable, but also nothing to complain about. I'm not a big fan of the carpeted floors, and the furniture felt a bit outdated, though I suppose it fits the hotel’s style.

Location

The air conditioning wasn’t working so had to leave the window open which was noisy due to the traffic. But staff took off the car parking fee by way of compensation.

Located in centre. All sites within walking distance. Room was comfortable and quiet.Staff very helpful and we are grateful that they spoke English.Parking available at €12

This hotel is fantastic! The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. I was returning from a cycling race, and they went above and beyond to assist me with my bike and luggage. I was even upgraded to a larger room, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel's location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the old town; you couldn't ask for a better spot.

Excellent central location, with well-appointed rooms at higher end of cost range. Friendly staff. Shops, cafes and restaurants all right outside. Solid breakfast spread and unusually good coffee. Complementary spa looked very nice but didn't have time to use.

Car parking has to be reserved in advance (they have 14 spaces only for 32 rooms) - this was not made clear in the Booking.com information. However, it was no drama to park in nearby secure underground 'Cathedral' parking garage (and possibly cheaper) - you can pull in outside hotel to unload car (they lower bollards to allow this and then it's only 5 mins walk to hotel.)

Wonderful hotel in the centre of town. Great to have dedicated secure parking close by, but don’t forget to book in advance. The staff were brilliant and facilities ideal.

Could have done with more milk or cream for coffees in the room. Maybe some biscuitsLight bulbs out in our room 101. A bit dark No instructions for heating as all in French

Nice location, parking lot was secure. Nice room and comfortable bed. There are very good restaurants very close. We had breakfast outside as 20 euros per person quite expensive.

It was all nice.
