Excellent location and beautiful setting. Very convenient parking which was essential as this was a stop off. Service excellent throughout and at every interaction. On arrival we were allocated a room that smelt unpleasant - we were given a new room immediately without fuss. Particular note on the bar - nice atmosphere, superb measures and an excellent wine list. Much better value than Grand Hotel Le Cloche (where we stayed on the way down) and better quality too. Spotlessly clean and very quiet. Breakfast excellent too.

A great last minute find for a quick stop in Troyes. A lovely comfortable hotel with a great deal. The room was spacious and the staff very helpful. The free hour in the SPA was just what was needed after our journey and a quick walking tour for the fabulous old city.

Very kind and attentive staff. The junior suite had a very comfortable bed, very big bathroom, separate toilet. To use the spa you just need to ask reception to book a 1 hour time slot when available.

The women's dressing gown had a makeup stain on it.

Great location and lovely rooms

Our towel rail didn’t work. Once reported, the staff were helpful and made a small reduction to our room price, but I had the impression that they knew it wasn’t working and thought they’d just leave it. We were also charged for both an electric car charge AND parking, which seemed a bit cheeky!

From the moment we arrived in the rain the concierge was out with an umbrella for the wife, they insisted they take our bags, and park the car in the secure underground parking

The breakfast was under par for this hotel we feel, not a lot of choice the waiter didn't make us feel welcome

Welcoming was great ? all the people working there really deserve a pay raise or Big Christmas ? Bonus ! There’s no better place to be in Troy . All stuff exceptionally well trained , Even with most difficult ones they manage like it’s nothing and with huge smile on faces :)

Absolutely lovely hotel ! Loved our room so comfortable and stunning bathroom . Bed and pillows were first class. Lovely bar lounge downstairs - delicious food and staff are brilliant. We enjoyed a relaxing evening listening to to a great jazz performance !

The hotel is situated in a great location, on the edge of the old town. It is a very elegant, historic building that has been sympathetically restored with a contemporary feel. The rooms are beautifully appointed & very comfortable - the bathroom was luxurious. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good too.

The hotel itself was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There was live music in the Bar, which was exceptional !!!

The breakfast wasn't great. The only hot dishes on offer were sausages ( which were very poor and cold), bacon, and scrambled egg(which was almost cold.).

great place for a fancy night out abut to expensive but big room and nice spa . also indoor pool is a realy nice touch. the location is on the outer loop off old city but still close by to most location by foot.

high end of price and also the fact that parking in the hotel has an extra cost .

This is an good stopping point for those travelling by car from the UK. The room we were allocated was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The meals in the bar/dining area were of good quality and well served. We then decided to stay 2 nights but had to move to another room, which was less attractive, but charged at a lower rate.

The hotel advertises room service, but the only food apparently available between 12 noon and 7pm appeared to be pastries. That did not fit my understanding of a comprehensive room service in a four star hotel. Otherwise, breakfast was good and staff helpful.
