Hotel de la Gare de Troyes

good location and comfy bed

you can tell the bathroom isnt in a new state, the water barely went down in the tub and the doors were very creaky

Quiet, right at the edge of the centre. Close to the train station, but not a sound.You can do it all by foot

Great location close to the train station. Comfortable room with air conditioning. The staff was really helpful with late check-in since we arrived very late.

Great location

Outdated building. Old rooms, bathroom was renovated. Breakfast was just oke.

Great location for station/bus and not too far from old Town. Loved there was a bar on site. The room pretty much had everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bed super comfy and shower was great.

Nothing. Would only recommend a kettle but that may be a British thing.

Great location near the heart of the old part of town. Location was clean with a great breakfast.

Not a lot of parking near the hotel and no AC

It was clean and practical for what we wanted for an overnight stay. The staff were very helpful in suggesting places nearby to eat at.

Great location (next to the train station and close to the city center), gentle and helpful staff, cleanliness. (Though my room’s window facing the wall of another building still under construction has no city view, it is quiet even in daytime.)

Room was very convenient for one person; all worked fine, and even though my window faced the street, there was little or no traffic noise. Staff great - friendly, helpful, generous, and attentive. Breakfast wonderful!

Friendly staff, parking space for motorbikes without extra charge

The room was a bit small, but acceptable for the price

+ nice and clean room;+ staff was nice and helpful;+ location;+ parking;

- nothing, all was fine;

Great, helpful friendly staff, great location with a five minute walk to the centreWe stayed for one night, which was fine

All ok

Location. Secure parking.

Rooms quite small, but consistent with the price, and represented good value for money.

Comfortable rooms with friendly service. Easy walk into town. Dog friendly also

Parking a bit tight

There was a nice variety of food on offer at breakfast. They had gluten free bread for me.

The car park must be small because we had to find a place at the side of the street which was a little stressful, although it was free until 9am which fitted in well with us.

The room was larger than expected and the breakfast was excellent including hot food

I had difficulty finding the control for the external window blinds

Inexpensive room and good overnight stop off

Parking was available but difficult to find especially that we couldnt speak French and they couldnt speak english. But wwe got there in the end

Lovely room , friendly staff . Great location and parking . The breakfast was great , hot and cold food to choose from . Would definitely staff again .

Excellent location, clean and spacious rooms and great breakfast.

The ease of checking in, the parking right outside, comfy beds, the large family bath and the breakfast.

The smell as we entered the room that just didn’t leave despite the windows being open. The carpeting in the whole area felt dirty.
