- The room was ok....the only problem was the water heater.... it's not working well....the water was cold until we set the heater to the last number only it was hot and it was really hot till we couldn't stand it... there was no way to lower the temperature...seemed it's centrally controlled...it was truly disappointing....

Location is superb. Surrounding hotel is cafe, Chinese restaurant, zichar coffee shop A&W, supermarket, Watson, massage etc. 9 mins ride to Bentong market. People are friendly and helpfulThe receptionist is extremely professional with great service. His name is Haiqal

The Room 104 which I stayed in was okay. Only that the Air condition is just blowing hot air. Maybe they need to service the air condition. The whole night was stuffy which affected my sleep. Checked out early at 0400 and sit in the hotel lobby instead of staying in my room and waited for my friends to check out at 0800.The room has only 1 hanger so bring along extra hangers to hang your clothings.
