Suria Resort Hot Spring Bentong

Pools are big. Comfortable rooms, beds and bathroom. The hotspring pool is the main attraction here. Suitable for big family and the elderly. Breakfast are ok, but maybe can be improved. The road to this area at night is very dark and quiet. so, you could either go out for dinner early or order from the inhouse cafe.

1. The children pool is a bit dirty. you could see moss at the wall of the pool.2. Only 2 clothes hangers available in a room for 4 adults.3. Limited wifi access.Suggestion:1. Maybe can add laundry washer and dryer.2. Can add clothes line to dry wet clothes and towels.

The facility is clean, and hot springs are very nice, and breakfast is good. Overall, it was a good experience ?

the location....

room was cleaned well when check-in. facilities a bit run down but maintained and cleaned well so no complaint. my family and i LOOOVE the hot spring pool. there were 2 pools, 1 with original hotspring water heat level (so hot you can see the steam. ), the other mixed with lower temp water to tepid level (warm enough to stay longer than 30 mins in it). the pools are clean and well-maintained. we also played archery behind the block, which is free.

shower head a bit dated, water splashed everywhere. food tasted OK, but selection may not be to everyone's liking. can smell turd in the garden area, not sure if it's cat's turd or organic fertilizer but it's a turn off when you want to get a whiff of fresh air. strict check-in time. location is reachable only by car, 30 mins to Bentong town for food options, road condition is quite bad due to ECRL development nearby, traffic jam right outside of hotel during peak hours due to public escaping the highway jam.

Bad Booking.com

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Booking.com’s dispute resolution process. They deliberately make the procedure so difficult and time-consuming that most people just give up. Instead of helping customers, they keep adding unnecessary steps and delays. It feels like they are trying to wear you down rather than resolve the issue fairly.I swear I will never use Booking.com again, and I won’t recommend it to anyone. If you value your time and money, stay away from this platform!

The outer appearance looks like flat. Doesn’t give that kind of resort look. Interior is good. Very satisfied. The hotspring pool is great. Will be back for the hotspring.

If the resort can have more indoor clubhouse activities, such as pool table, tennis, pickle ball etc, will be better. When I was there, it was raining, so cannot enjoy much of the hotspring pool. If can have indoor hot spring pool will be nice also.

The Room offered with triple or quad sharing with the price are quite reasonable.The Hot Spring are unique attraction but perhaps more seating or gazebo could be better.

When i booked, i saw some commented that lift is not working and some aircond turned off its own. Ironically the same experience to me. Lucky they able to locate 1 Ground Floor room since i got elder travelling with me and the other of us need to climb the stairs which max only 3rd and 4th floor. For the aircond hope they fix it but not gonna be that hot in this area.They should have proper cafe or restaurant that opened till late or whole day at least people can chill and have drink since the nearest town is Bentong and the road gonna be dark at night with all the spooky tales hahaa.

The cleanliness of the hotel room, its bathroom and the normal pool can be improved. When I entered the room, it was a bit smelly. The floor and wall of the bathroom also got some stain. There was also moss or algae growing on the pool walls, making it slippery. Suggest to do more thorough cleaning at these areas. Apart from that, I would also like to recommend adding a label on the hot water pipe at the hot spring pool to warn visitors about the risk of touching the hot water. Other than that, perhaps the hotel can consider adding indoor slippers in the hotel room because the room floor is cold and there is no carpet in the room.

Overall I am satisfied, good staff, facilities and hotel rooms.

What needs to be improved is security at the pool. The hotel needs to monitor the games at the pool so that all room tenants feel safe... what happened to me was a hotel resident who brought a hard ball and played in a rough way, causing the ball to hit the visitors...

Staff was great, polite and courteous.Traveling with two 80+years old guest. Lift was not working so, ground floor room was provided as per our request.Hot pool was good and clean. Breakfast was decent. Had good sleep.Porter was cheerful and helpful to bring our bags down 1st floor due to broken lift. We booked 5 rooms.

Hotel is deep inside from main road. Minimum 30 min through pot holes riddled road without street light.Non existent telephone line coverage at hotel.!!!Warm pool was dirty with moss floaters. Sides of cold pool was slimy with mold. Yuuukkkkkk!!Only 1 card and No door stopper. No person at reception during late hours. This was messy as we had emergency during late hours. Some of us had to sleep in another room as cannot get access card to enter room.Lift Broken. !!!Bathroom not very clean. Somewhat like motel not a star hotel.Absurd/illogical as management don't provide 24 hr reception. At 3.50am, my mother had difficulty breathing, rushed to reception and there we no one there, just a note to call this number "017- 834 1173" tried "Whatsapp Call" couple of times no one answered. A resort deep inside with no/very poor phone line coverage. This is sickening.!!! The said number never had courtesy to call back!!! When this was reported to front desk in the morning. They just kept mum. This hotel management is not educated to handle emergencies.!!! Ignorance is a bliss.Be aware of the hotels limitation/s before you book.

A. Cleanliness is very bad:1. At the stairs very dirty - we cant use elevator due to wet clothes after swimming… 2. The room toilet very very very dirty & unpleasant. B. The rules for indoor games stated for deposit & we will get return depo upon returning the games perfectly. However, we were told that was the fees.

Surprisingly the cafe did not sell food for staying guest. This location is far from the nearest town and the cafe @ restaurant is closed for dinner. They advise Only cater for group booking ! Come on, do u expect we bring food from home or cook inside the room ? It’s very disappointing. the road to this place not only bad condition but very dark too at night. How inconvenience. Should at least provide ala carte dinner for staying guest to order. They should know the difficulties their guest are facing staying there.

The hot spring pool was very hot ??

Rooms were very basic, no facilities other than hot spring pool and the distance from everything was very far.

- spacious room- east accees and very clean hot spring pool- breakfast variety was good- quiete and peaceful- kids pool was very nice and clean

- number of electric socket in room- room key only provided one card. If gives 2 card better for access- road to resort was muddy due to construction ecrl. But nothing much can be done.
