The location and environment are absolutely beautiful ? it's a great escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by nature and peaceful surroundings, it offers a calm and refreshing atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing.

Lack of parking facilities and not very convenient. There are limited stores around the area. The biggest letdown was the noise ? there was loud drilling or construction work happening near the room on Sunday morning, which really disrupted our morning.

It is beautiful and the staff very helpful. This is my second stay and my family enjoyed both times.

The area is very cute!

While the area was cute, it was very busy and crowded. Also, there was someone's hair and both dead and living bugs in the shower and on the bed sheets and desks/tables so it did not feel very clean.

Our room was excellent. Great scenic view of the Golf Course, and comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful, A big thank you to the FnB Manager who gave us free breakfast. The location is excellent and to resort was built to look like a 'European Town' which is a great attraction, picturesque views which reminded me of my holidays in Europe.

More choice for meals and open to outside vendors, as meals there can be can be expensive. Some Lift upgrades will also help enhance confidence of Customers.

The scenery is good. Perfect if want to get out from hustle bustle of city.

The water heater is not heating enough. Warm water came out from the tap for about 5minutes then its cold water. But otherwise the facilities is perfect.

Rooms big & comfortable..

Bed not clean (hairy),Telephone malfunction,Toilet looks like classic with dirt.

✨ Stayed at Colmar Tropicale Bukit tinggi and it was amazing! Spacious clean rooms, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast buffet. Loved the classic vibes and top-notch service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our Room was upgraded , and we had the best room with great view, we will back soon - Great Staff

The area surrounding the place was great as it is located on a hill and full of lush trees and very quiet. The room was not bad and the breakfast was plenty and fair.

The maintenance of the facilities there was obviously lacking as I believe they are short of staff. Most of them are foreigners except the front desk staff. No regular cleaners of spilled dirty waters from leaking pipes. I said this because the place is small and in about 20min one can cover from end-to-end and any inconveniences can be noticed easily. The car park was dark with no light. I have many more to say but I just don't have time to write. You may feedback this to the property.

Room outdated and very old not as in vintage sense, but old appliances and furnishing since 90's

Outdated accommodation, lifts not maintained.

Breakfast was ok as the food and the room was spacious for my baby to run around.

Building designs and photography of some decor. Food is commendable but too sweet and salty (both the breakfast and dinner choices).

Lack of self help water cooler system (hot and cold) for in-room consumption.Dated facility, my room Aircon makes a sound whatever mode it's on. Bathroom mouldy and some paint work is really look need repair and repainting.
