Ibis Provins

Comfortable room, good breakfast, easy check in, very helpful stafff when we encountered an issue with the toilet flushing (fixed without fuss!)

Breakfast was ok but lacked variety

We were a group of friends doing an overnight stop before an onward journey I booked twin rooms when we arrived we only had double beds which being all chaps this was far from acceptable and the staff were no help at all we were told there was no other rooms as the hotel was full which I suspect was not the case as the hotel was on the outskirts of the town and there were only a handful of cars in the car park. On of our rooms has no flushing toilet. When we checked out we were asked to pay for our rooms even though we had prepaid the lady on reception spoke no English at all and seemed oblivious to my efforts to show her my email receipt. I only managed to resolve this issue with the help of a very kind bilingual guest. There were eight of us in our party and we were unanimous this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at which was very surprising having stayed at several Ibis Hotels without any issues in the past.

Not a lot to be honest

Had the wrong room - then the key didn't work then we hate to wait. - then the shower didn't work - absolute joke

Room and comfortable bed and ensuite

Simple, clean, plentiful parking which was safe enough for motorcycles. Room large and bed most comfortable and availability of news channels on TV good. Wi Fi excellent.Need to walk into town and access to centre Ville not brilliant.

Sat Navs take you to the adjacent housing estate which clearly, years ago had a direct road to the Ibis land. Took ages to fine the actual route to get into hotel, inspire of signs in town.

Reasonably priced stopover not too far from main highway. We were straying a bit to see some local attractions anyway....Opening hours for reception

Well-located to visit Provins. Free private parking in the property. Staff was nice,helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast and air conditioning

I liked the room the most, the breakfast was fine and I adored your cute black dog!

The sound-proof of the rooms could be a little better but it was ok

They have a lovely dog. The breakfast buffet is taking care with corona safety instruction and measurements.

The reception did there very best to help me order diner because the restaurant inside the hotel was closed due to covid.

Bed was really hard and the bathroom is clean bud its old with markes that it is old.
