Campanile NATURE - Dreux

There were liltle insects in the room and i asked for my room to be changed. Reception changed it with no problem

I didnot like the room. They were totally different in real

The hotel was undergoing a refurbishment. Our rooms were exceptional, Modern, clean, fresh with all expected facilities including Tea and coffee making. Lovely shower room. The best thing was the onsite restaurant. After a 9 hour drive up from the med we were expecting to have to go and find a restaurant. No Need we were able to sit and have a relaxing drink and choose from two dishes. Fish and chips or Mexican Chicken. All we needed after a long drive. Most welcome.

All good

ticked the most important part of a stay. Super clean throughout the whole room, and very comfortable bed.

No fresh Air, no window to open, gave this room a very stuffy and uncomfortable feeling. This and the location of the property make it a no come back to place.

It was ok

Could not get shower to work properly. Room was too hot for us,so turned heating off but it kept coming back on.

Clean and tidy staff were friendly

The hotel is currently under renovation but otherwise all good

Comfy bed great bath

Noise from next room and above and could hear their tv .

Very convenient place to stop on our route to Bergerac. The nearby Chinese buffet is a huge bonus point .

Slightly dodgy plumbing on one stay but not the end of the world.

The room was comfortable.

No restaurant in the evening and nowhere to eat nearby.

Bed was very comfortable and room very clean

Walls quite thin so noise carries.Window shutter was down with no means of lifting it.

Great location good food. Great staff

Personell was helpful when the need for something extra arrived. Like later checking, and earlier checkout.

Cleanliness could definitely be better. But I knew it wasn’t a classy hotel before I arrived, so I was not surprised by it.

Location easy to find. Easy walk to train station.Breakfast was good.

Not in the main town, so breakfast is far easier at the hotel. More like a motel.

Excellent, no nonsense check in. Secure parking for motorcycles and decent and reasonably priced menu. Nothing not to like.

All good.

The property was very easy to find, parking was good and the rooms although basic were clean and well equipped . The staff were exceptionally helpful and made the stay a very enjoyable one. The evening meal was again basic but well cooked and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was lovely.

A large clean room and bathroom with a lovely hot powerful showerBed was comfortable and there was tea making facilities in the room as well as an area for sitting and writing or readingThe restaurant was good value for moneyPlenty of safe parking

Couple of little things in my room The sink didn’t drain away quickly the hairdryer didn’t work and the heater didn’t seem to get warm although none of these bothered me as I had everything I needed but I pointed them out to reception when I left, so they have no doubt been fixed

Good breakfast, early evening meal available, but only 2 items on the menu.

The room was very basic, the shower shield would not stay on the bath so the floor got wet. Only a few towels and they were thin, more expensive than a far superior room in the Holiday Inn in Arras the previous night.

The room was clean and parking was good.

The first room we were shown to had faulty air conditioning so we were moved to a noisier room. Our room was left by the staff and not made up for our second night. We fed this back but felt it would go no further.

Horrendous

Everything. The room stank of smoke ... The bedding appeared clean but we were bitten intensely through the night and we wonder if it could have bed bugs as we had no sign of mosquitos. Breakfast next morning....other guests handling the food with their fingers not using tongs. Staff could see this and did nothing to stop it. Totally unhygienic. Would not recommend and will never go to this chain again. Horrific.

Parking available

No restaurant after a long drive, uncomfortable bed in a so called upgraded room.

Easy to find and convenient location

Dont think it was a three star hotel.Needed redecorating and curtains needed re hanging. Looked really tired.
