Problems to make the late check In, machine are just switch off . Very poor breakfast for the money .
Location good for a stopover to/from the channel ports. Next to a very nice boulangerie where you can eat in and a petrol station. Easy to get out of town and back en route. (You do have to drive into the town centre from the hotel if you want to explore and go for dinner.) Large free parking, gates closed at night for security.
We had to use the automatic check in as reception was closed. It took our credit card payment but did not issue a room key. We had to phone for assistance. Bathroom extremely tired. Considerable water damage. The light switch was loose and there was only one plug socket in the whole room.
Very nice being able to park directly outside the room
No tea/coffee making facilities No wardrobe space - clothes had to be folded on a air-con unit
Will not book the hotel again
Bathroon not cleaned Dust Sink dirty Holes in bedcoverCob web Breakfast not worth the money Soap dispenser broken
Easy to find. Helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable
Was as expected, probably quiter than expected
Not a lot! We have used Premiere Classes many times and this was the worst. Breakfast OK..
Original room was not prepared. Moved to another.Location not ideal for eating out. Room was tired and needs refurbishment. Toilet door and wall moldy!Close to railway line.
Affordable hotel- Clean room- Adjustable heating- Spacious and free car parking - Ability to order the breakfast- Free WiFiWell, there are not too many hotels around and this one is really good enough, especially for the price :)In general our experience was pleasant enough, we got all that we expected. Excepting two weird things:1) The hotel is big enough (about 30-40 rooms, I think) so I don't understand why it is necessary to make people live so close to each other when there are a lot of empty rooms and the sound isolation is quite poor. Three man that lived next door were quite noisy at night, why we had to live next door to them if all the hotel is almost empty? Especially if the reception works just few hours per day.2) About the staff. When I paid for the breakfast they made a first mistake in the numbers and I paid for 4 persons instead of 2. Later when I asked why – they've found a mistake and asked my card number to return me my money. But they did a second mistake in the numbers while copying the card number? The next day I had to ask again and to send my card number one more time. But in general – it might be quite a good choice to stay there, considering all the circumstances.
A little inattentive staff- Sound isolation between the rooms
Good heating, cleanish
There was no shower curtain. The covers had holes. Overall everything pretty down. Door completely moulded and not closable anymore to the bathroom
The staff were friendly, helpful and apologetic. They offered us a complimentary breakfast as they could see how disappointed and upset we were with the state of the accommodation.
We did not like the external or internal worn out appearance of the hotel. Burn holes in the bedding. The whole hotel is in need of a complete refurbishment
Location , comfortable bed, good pillows and crisp bedding.
Size of room, desperately need’s updating
The bed itself was comfortable. The staff did give another pillow without argument.
The sink area was disgraceful. Hairline cracks. Used a shower head for the sink.Only one socket, which was placed in a bad position. High up and near toilet/shower.Bedding was old and thread bear.
Parking on site.
No aircon, with window open, too noisy.
Convenient and fair value.
Facilities could do with updating - broken mirror was dangerous in the bathroom and sinks were in poor condition.
Very poor
No hot water. Toilet seat broken. Wash basin caracked and soiiled. Automated check in , reception closed when Arrived; would not accept. Credit Card Booked wIth:
I am unable to think of anything I liked about this godforsaken hotel we had the misfortune of staying in after a last minute booking.
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at even in comparison to some fairly dire motels in the US. We had booked a room for 3 which was a double plus a single bunk above.1. Room was unbearably hot and cramped. Barely enough room to move around the bed. One small window which could only be opened slightly as it opens directly on the public walkway and if you left it wide open anyone could just stand and gaze at you lying in bed. There was something which looked like an air conditioning unit but did not work and it was so close to the bed that if it had it would have probably made the noise unbearable. It felt basically like a prison cell somewhere like Texas.2. Room stank of stale cigarettes. Cigarette burns on the bedspreads and on the plastic bathroom sink. When we left all our clothes had a lingering stale smell from the room. 3. Shower so small it was virtually unusable. None of us could bear to shower in the morning. We wanted to get out.4. Only one single power socket in a position that is unusable.5. The bunk bed was so high and the ceiling so low it was incredibly claustrophobic to sleep there, particularly with the heat.6. Noise. At around midnight someone in another room yelled at people talking outside to be quiet as they had work in the morning.6. None of could face any breakfast we had paid for because…6. Cockroaches. I stamped on two on the floor off the bedroom. It is cheap but not worth the money as you would definitely be best sleeping in your car.
Automated check-in worked flawlessly. The room was clean Wi-Fi worked
It was like being on a container ship with plastic soulless components. On the edge of a busy roundabout. on a hot day, I think it would’ve been intolerable.
Nothing!
I booked this & was told the price was €52, which was for the room, taxes & breakfast, to be paid at the hotel. I booked for 2 guests but when we got there the receptionist said the booking was for 1 so the price would be more as it was per person, not per room! The sign outside says it’s per room for 1,2or3 persons. I was expecting only the tax to pay of €1.75. She then said it was €60.90 and no breakfast included. That was an extra €7.50 each. She added our price to a list on her desk, a long list of various hand written prices, ranging from €32 to our €60.90, so it looked as if every room was charged at whatever price she chose! There were no vacancies anywhere else so we had to pay & stay. The room was horrible! There was water in the stained sink. The bed cover was not fresh & clean, although the sheets were. Luckily it was hot so we removed it. There was a blob of blood by the sink & another on the floor. The room is tiny, dark & depressing. We sat in our car until it got dark so we didn’t have to sit in the room.
I would not recommend this hotel.
Very small room, only ventilation was keeping the window open which was beside the door onto the walkway, not therefore practical. very little set out and had to keep ,asking for milk, etc Breakfast poor
