B&B HOTEL Dreux Nord

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Clean facilities. Decent sized rooms. The breakfast is perfect.

Very good stay, hotel was good value, clean & good location.

The bed was not the most comfortable.

The gentleman who welcomed us to check in was very pleasant and helpful, the same person was also on duty the following morning and assisted us with a good breakfast.

Nothing to comment

Clean

No facilities, had to ask for ironNo drinking water or kettle facility in the room. Should have english speaking staff

Clean and well serviced rooms. Good design and presentation in rooms. Grest lighting. Easy access via stairs or lift to floor. Staff friendly.

Clearer pre instructions and guidelines to self check in. Ie. Have booking number (not confirmation number) ready.

Overall it was excellent value for money. As good as a brand new premier inn in the UK. I paid very little and easy parking etc made it a breeze. I also was travelling solo with a baby and the cot was great.

Great value, next door to good selection of places to eat, hotel room was modern clean and has air con

Room was a good size, super comfy bed, nice shower, clean property throughout, vending machines and a microwave available, comfortable seating area in the lobby, excellent breakfast.

Very easy to find. Good parking. Clean and modern. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good sized bedroom and shower. Good breakfast selection.

Would be good to have a kettle in the bedroom

Good location, cheap, clean, nice rooms with lots of places to eat nearby

The rooms were cold too.

A lack of a receptionist. Information had to be inserted into a machine . Putting all detailsinto a machine was time consuming and for an elderly person a little confusing. There was nowhere to put bags and luggage while scrambling around to get relevant information. I have stayed in BNB hotels many times in the last few years and this was one I was unfamiliar with.

Easy to check in, car park gate that closes at 8.30pm but you can still get in and out with code, staff very friendly, super clean and comfortable. Exactly what we needed

Comfortable beds, very clean, convenient location. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.

It was strange to check in at the automated machine. But, once we figured it out , it was fine.

Clean

Coffee machine in the lobby did not work in the morning.

Very nice and clean. The man who helped us to check in (I think is a security guy) was really nice and helpful!

Nice new hotel with a good sized bedroom and lovely shower room. Also very close to several restaurants. Good choice for breakfast. Very helpful young man on reception. We will go back there next time we go to Dreux

Clean, Shower is nice and hot. Easy room access with the code.

No coffee or tea in the room, no hairdryer in bathroom. The coffee machine in the lobby was not working the morning we left.

Very clean and confortable

The coffre machine was not working ? i asked person on duty if i could have one from the machine where they had breakfast. Sadly hé was not helpful and refused, 7:10 in the morning. So dissapointing

Secure parking, very good breakfast and right by a variety of restaurants. It's not the Ritz but quiet, good shower and decent sized room. You can sit downstairs in pretty comfortable chairs!

Sink plug and bedside light didn't work.

Secure parking.Walking distance to several restaurants. The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent value. The room was clean and well maintained.

Towels were clean but a bit small
