It's a really comfortable place. Simple but comfortable. Great location 5 minutes walk from the castle, right in front of the tram stop. The staff was kind and helpful, they let us leave our backpacks at the reception while we waited for the check-in time. They also tidied up the room and changed the towels.

there are only a few electrical sockets, would be great add, at least, multi-plug adapters.

The staff were excellent: professional, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, tooThe room was very clean.

It’s not a case of what I didn’t like. This was a cheap place to say and the room was basic to match the price.

Central location but still quiet. Breakfast was ok. Tram stop out the front gives good connectivity to the rest of town.

The shower didn't get hot at all. This did not give me a good start to my day.

Location is exceptional and there's no better place to stay in terms of walking around town. I had a pleasant view from my window and the staff was kind and helpful.

The rooms and building are poorly maintained, the details lack an extra attention. When I turned the heater on, a foul smell released from it. There was no note about having to climb the stairs as there's no lift to reach the room.

Great central location.Late check in possible at desk.Polite staff.Price ok.WiFi works.

Noisy from revellers at front of hotel till quite late.Shower difficult to use.Washbasin draining very slow.Toilet seat loose. No air con.

The location is good in the heart of town.

The hotel smelled of fish and there was no hot water for a shower before I left in the morning. There is no provision for an early breakfast before catching the ferry.

The personnel was nice. Very close to the city center.

Central means also noisy area. There was a smell in the room, probably from the bathroom. It s an older hotel and it shows. Not that old means bad, just that some things are less functional. The entrance is just sad, the disposition of the rooms is peculiar.

    6StefanPosted on: 6-27-2024

It is right in the middle of the city.

We came in car and it was difficult to get a parking spot. When we came, the hotel’s alarm were on and we couldn’t get in.

The location is the best thing about this hotel, the location is GREAT. Otherwise it’s okay. Basic, clean, gives you what you need for a one or two night stay. Also, try the veggie chili poutine at Poutine Bros next door, it’s delicious and enough for a dinner.

The bathroom smelled a little (not too bad). It was clean, but I think the smell was coming from the shower drain.

Next to the tram stop, comfy bed

No gluten free options for breakfast but the location is right in the center, easy to find something else

    3QuentinPosted on: 12-22-2023

    location is good

the room was poorly convenient. lights broken, no plug next to the bed, shower was leaking, toilet paper was very cheap, free Wifi was not working.

    7StefanPosted on: 10-4-2023

Hotel is basic, some living there for longer periods of time. You get what you pay for

No ambiance , very basic, and no elevator to 4th floor , with a 20 kg suitcase walking 6 stairs, not easy

    Location

Lack of lighting in halls. Was told the hotel had no balconies after booking one. I could see them as well. Pretty poor room although bed is comfortable. Very odd hotel and not that pleasant to stay in

    5JocelynPosted on: 9-4-2023

    Great location

We were on the street side with loud music until 13:00 every night

Very easy to access from the train station once you've figured out the bus system. Arrêt Français Libres and the hôtel is just there. Nice and very helpful staff. Nice view from the room. Very central to see Brest. Small but comfortable room.

Skimpy breakfast offered at 7,50 euros.
