Good location for visiting the garden and to get to the city. good parking close by and a good selection of places to eat along the sea front. Nice view from the room overlooking the water. Quiet at night and a lovely patisserie downstairs.

The room was a little cold. No heating on. not welcoming and warm. staff were a little surly. The hotel was tired and lacked little touches that would have made it a more agreeable place.

No parking and the delivery truck at 05.30 in the morning doing deliveries right below my window.

The location was excellent and the view was lovely. It was very close to a bus stop and there were regular buses to the city centre.

checking into hotel outside hours was pain - I arrived late night. Terminal kept offering me breakfast for extra money even though it was included in my reservation...not a shelf beside bedbed is smallbathtab was not clean!!!! found it out too late ... ;-(Morning front desk was helpless.. as i spoke english beside was fine.

The location is superb. The beach is literally across the road. Lovely views of the yacht marina. Free parking is available. Several bistros and restaurants nearby. The room was good and the bath with a shower was a bonus for me. A good breakfast and friendly staff.

It was a place to stay

A sad place that makes you question your life choices. Was catfished by the promotion, that showed a nice beach view. They weren't lying. They just hid quite well that the motorway was between you and the beach. Expected a quiet getaway. Got a very noisy and dusty chamber that smelled of old suitcase. The reception is pretty much unstaffed, and it complicates check-in etc. We were locked out of the hotel late in the evening, which was very unpleasant and a bit scary. We had booked several nights with no-refund through booking.com, and had no choice but to stay. It is very clear that there is very little love and hospitality put into the place, just the desire to make as much money as possible. I do not have high expectations, but the absence of hospitality shines though. The place serves as a sort of housing for refugees, which I wish all the best, for the screaming children and the families crammed into such confined spaces.

The location was unexpectedly good, right across the street from the beach, and 7 minutes walk from Oceanopolis, with a bakery and a few restaurants nearby. The bathroom had a comfortable bath tub and the sink was big, with lots of space on its sides to place toiletries. The staff was nice and helpful - they even offer free bottled water because of the distance to the nearest grocery store.

My room had no AC, which meant the room got pretty hot during the day; and a couple of nights, sleeping was only possible with the window open. Some of the receptionists don't speak English, which made communication a bit harder (but manageable).

Location was good and the room was clean.

No air con. Room quite small. Bed not very comfortable. No parking on site. Two spaces outside of reception on the road and a public carpark quite close.

The room wasn't very clean as well as the towels. The bed matress was not comfortable at all. The room was very hot in sunny days, it needs at least a fan if air-conditioning is not possible.

Very nice comfortable hotel excellent location for tourist attractions. Lovely beach across the road and excellent restaurants and boulangerie next door. We will always use this hotel when visiting Brest.

Good location at the beach and on a bus route. A few restaurants nearby. Nice bakery on the ground floor. Nice area overall. Bed was comfy and room was nice overall.

Terrible breakfast selection - DO NOT pay for it. Staff weren't exactly friendly, especially one lady. No hand soap in the bathrooms, and the stopper broken in the bath so we couldn't use it. Room wasn't cleaned one day when we asked for it to be. No supermarket nearby. Hotel is relying totally on the location to be honest.

The room we booked was overlooking the Bay which was lovely. It was clean, had an elevator, good breakfast, close to a bar, restaurant and bakery as well as easy walking along the beach and promenade to Oceania. bus stop opposite so easy access to the station and town

The room was small and smelled of damp, the bath plug was broken so it was impossible to fill the bath. The hairdryer was broken and my son could feel the springs in his bed. I had booked 11 nights but it was so bad I left after 3 nights. They only refunded me 4 nights of my remaining 8 but I couldn't stay there any longer.
