Hôtel Bellevue

central location, close to the train-station and shopping

the internet was very slow and broke always down (apparently due to nearby construction)

The only upside was the location was easy access to the city

No staff there nearly all of time. Sheets not changed once in the room, Had to ask for fresh towels daily and the rooms quiet dated.

The rooms were bright during the day. The breakfast had good choices. Check-in and check-out was fast. It was surprisingly quiet.

Room was not too clean (a lot of hairs in the drawers).

The location was good and it had private parking

The hotel badly needs a facelift. The bathrooms are tiny and the shower head kept falling down. The breakfast is minimal and far from tasty. The rooms with a view, that you pay extra for, look out onto a future construction site. And in the private parking, you risk seriously damaging your car getting into and out of.

Bad customer service

We parked our car there for a week for 10€ per day. The garage was badly designed with no consideration to the users. Our car tyre was punctured due to the unsecured ramp. From the discussion with the staff and other hotel guests, we weren’t the first to encounter the problem except that we were the real unfortunate ones to have our car Tyre actually damaged. We never receive a word of apology from the hotel management and we paid the parking in full price. This discontent is purely the lack of customer service, care and consideration.

The bed and the price

Walk a bit to go to the center

Really convenient for bus stops and easy parking

Bathroom was very tiny! But clean

Simple, small hotel room with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Also nice breakfast.

It was clean & tidy. Quiet spacious room. Had everything we needed to spend a night there, kitchenette with basic utensils, clean linen, towels, balcony with view, lift to carry heavy luggage, public transport nearby.. it was great.

Clean

The breakfast is very poor for that price 10 euros for breakfast with no choice very poor

Staff, accessibility, clean

Staff, accessibility, clean

The staff were very friendly and efficient, and were kind enough to allow me to check in early.

Some slightly better soundproofing in the rooms would be helpful, but this was relatively minor

parking option for 10 extra EUR in a nearby parking garage is helpful. reception staff were helpful providing an extra heater, while the room was freezing cold and the central heating did not function

uncleaned bathroom and full of mold, the overall state of the room was bad, looking old and not maintained, strong smell on the hallway, spider web in the lift reflecting poor maintenance/cleanliness

Very pleasant staff, very good value for money

It's a two star hotel so one can't really complain of the lack of things like tea/coffee making facilities. The shower was good the beds comfortable and it was very clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean , confortable and functional

Sound isolation is not great - could hear people leaving their room in the morning
