Secure car park

Breakfast was cleared before the end of time. They could not provide cooked food as told it was too difficult. No coffee available as machines were in cleaning cycle. Very poor

Staff was very friendly and helpful despite we did not speak French. Parking option was also very helpful and not overpriced (like 56e/4 nights in underground lit parking lot). Breakfast were really greats.

Toilet had little space and doors were opening inwards, which made it more of an experience to get it

Clean, modern hotel with friendly, helpful service. The breakfast was excellent and really prepared us for our day. Parking was safe, although was at an extra charge.

Initially, we were a little intimidated at the approach roads and area around the hotel, but soon got used to it.

The hotel is renovated few years ago and looks very modern and cosy. The breakfast is rich of choice, many options of egs, bacon, juices, bakery etc. It's possible to park the car free of charge on the street when you're lucky.

Room.was a good.size.and had great facilities. View from sixth floor was great. Staff attentive and friendly and bar/lobby/restaurant area was nice. Super clean throughout.

The hotel was fine. Excellent breakfast. My room was soundproofed from the outside and very quiet inside. The fuse box was in the WC, so you couldn't hear it and there was none of the ambient noise you get in most modern hotels. I slept well.

The hotel has reserved parking spaces in a public parking in the parallel street. There are two car parks in this street and I managed to get the wrong one, as the correct one is not well signed as a car park. Having found the correct car park, I left the car there overnight. In the morning I couldn't find the entrance back to the car park and needed the receptionist to point to the correct door. I was given a digital card to exit the car park. The card didn't work when I tried to swipe to enter the car park. I pressed the help button and someone opened the door for me. I drove the car from level -1 and came to a gate which led to the ground floor. I assumed the gate would open automatically, but it didn't. Eventually I found the little machine and swiped my card. Nothing happened. I tried several more times. In the end I pressed the button and the agent kept asking me whether I had a card and to use the card. I kept telling her that I had a card, but it didn't work. Eventually she got fed up and hung up on me, leaving me and my car stuck on level -1. I had to wait for another hotel guest to leave. Their card worked, they let me out, and my own card worked when I swiped at the final exit. Returning to the hotel, the receptionist explained that sometimes you needed to swipe the card to the machine 2 or 3 times before it would work. Obviously I didn't know that, and I think the card I was given was an old one which no longer worked properly. After all that, it occurred to me that, given that I was staying at the hotel Saturday night / Sunday morning, I could have parked in the street in front of the hotel - and saved myself €13 and half an hour's stress.

Room size ok. Underground parking is convenient but no lift. Nice friendly staff. Near shopping street and malls.

Very comfortable room and also very quiet.We were at the back of the hotel.The receptionist Amandine welcomed us with a big smile and was efficient, kind and respectful.

Stayed at the Amiraute 22 to 26 Dec 24. We had 2 rooms for 4 nights. Was clean and peaceful. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast (for me anyway).Superb location. Our favourite hotel in Brest over the past 5+ years (having tried the 3-4 contenders in Brest-centre.Great ration quality/price..

I was allocated a bedroom where people had smoked.I had to request a change.At 4.30pm, the cleaning trolley was abandoned in the corridor and hoover was out. That was NOT congruent with a 4 star establishment.In my new room, the curtains were all creased up,

Comfy warm rooms. Single beds extra size so really good. Quiet rooms, couldn’t hear other people. Excellent breakfast, great dinner. Attentive friendly staff.

I asked for an Aperol Spritz at the bar, not sure what I got. Bit more training needed there.

Lovely property , clean, good size room with all amenities, central and nice breakfast.
